Colebrook Sturrock is a member of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, and was selected by Referenceline to take part in a mandatory consumer survey in 2007.  The firm has since decided to use Referenceline's survey forms across all its branches:

As a commitment to these ideals we work in association with the Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) and Referenceline to bring prospective clients the real story about Colebrook Sturrock. No glossy brochures or sales routines here, but just the unedited truth from those who know - people who have bought and sold houses through Colebrook Sturrock. Once every transaction has completed the seller and buyer are provided with a survey devised and supplied by the OEA, Referenceline then receive the surveys direct from the client and process and publish the data.

Our prospective clients therefore have unlimited access to the experiences, ratings, comments and recommendations of our previous clients.
