Painted - New extension. Completed painting for the extension.
 

"We just recently had a new extension built, we needed a painter to complete the final touches. We were recommended Phil from Bright New Start. We are please they did, as he was very professional in all aspects of the job, he kept us fully informed throughout, he was a very helpful person which including taking my wife to hospital for an emergency appointment.
We are pleased with all the work completed. We would highly recommend Phil and the company.

Painting walls, ceilings, doors, skirting boards and window sills in kitchen,bathroom 2 bedrooms and 2 hallways. Phil will also return soon to paper and paint the front room

"We first used Bright New Start in 2017 on our return to Scotland. Phil did such a good job then that it was a no-brainer to re-engage his services when we moved to our current home.

We are currently doing a complete house renovation, so timescales can be somewhat fluid, depending on the availability of others and materials. Phil was happy to accommodate us, as and when we had another area in the house ready for redecoration.

Phil is a true professional with a tremendous work ethic and attitude to his task at hand.He spends a substantial amount of time ensures that the area to be painted is fully prepared; i.e. sanding, filling, smoothing surfaces, etc.

Phil is totally trustworthy and we have happily left him the keys to carry on the work when we have needed to be away.

Phil will be papering our front room soon plus painting the front porch and hall cupboard.

Highly recommended, thorough, professional, friendly service from an all round good bloke."

He scraped old paper from the walls in the living room and prepared them for wallpaper. He prepared and painted the ceiling and then papered the living room walls. Cleaned the site and disposed of the rubbish.

"Dealing with Bright New Start was great from start to finish. Phil responded to our initial enquiry really quickly and, luckily for us, was able to fit in painting our sunroom around his really busy schedule of other jobs which we really appreciated. Phil did an excellent job, advising us of the best paint, filling in plasterwork where necessary, giving the whole room a mist coat and a further 2 coats. We are really pleased with the end result and are definitely intending to use Bright New Start again."

"This was the first time we have used Bright New Start and one extremely impressed. We live in a 200 year old farm house so the work was not straight forward but Phil took it all in his stride.

Phil not only did a marvelous job but was a pleasure to have in our home. He was very considerate and tidy plus he gave us helpful advice about colours, etc.
