Outside of pebble-dash house with decorative brickwork pressure washed; treated with fungicide & stabiliser; painted with 2 coats paint; windows & door surrounds treated with sealant; steps painted.

"My house was pebble-dash & brickwork, in good condition but dingy with the years. Pro Touch came out very promptly, gave me a detailed estimate of what work would be required and the costs, including recommending and buying for me suitable materials. They made a point of saying how long the new paint could be expected to last. Work was begun promptly and efficiently. The initial very thorough pressure washing improved the appearance of the property considerably, and at that point they even explained to me that painting was perhaps now not strictly necessary, giving me the chance to reconsider whether I did still want it done. This impressed me as an exceptionally honest thing to do, and well beyond what I would expect. After our initial agreement, I brought up one or two extra things which I wanted done, and these they did without demur. They also took the trouble to point out potential problems such as a lack of sealant round newly-installed windows, which they then went on to remedy. They kept me informed of progress throughout the job, and checked with me if they were unsure of my wishes at any point. The job was completed in a professional manner to a high standard and the house is now looking very good. There was absolutely no mess, and minimum disruption, and I am delighted with the final result. I would have no hesitation in recommending these two chaps."
