Total.refurbishment of bathroom including taking down a wall, fitting a new bath, shower, toilet, vanity unit, towel rail, underfloor heating, new ceiling & downlighters, and extractor fan

"I'm so happy with my bathroom transformation which included removal of a wall and blocking up a cupboard too make the bathroom larger.. From initial consultation & planning with Louise to the installation, I cannot fault them. I got exactly the bath, shower, sink, mirror etc I wanted and Joe and his dad were fantastic fitting it all. They were highly professional, turning up when they said, working quickly and efficiently, informing me of any minor changes required as we went along. They were considerate and respectful, cleaned up after themselves and the quality of their work is the absolute highest standard. I completely 100% recommend J J Plumbing and Bathrooms to anyone co sidering getting theirs done. Getting good reliable builders is always a worry but you can rest assured you won't regret it for a second getting JJ to do theirs."

We had a complete redesign of our family bathroom.

"From our initial visit to the showroom we were made to feel welcome. Eric came to visit us at home to take photos of our existing bathroom. From here he was able to offer advice on what would work best for us taking our preferences into account. Louise then designed our new bathroom using her computer programme, which allowed us to see exactly what we were going to get.
We were able to change some options and see different products and never felt rushed into making a final decision, however, it didn’t take us long to decide it was exactly what we wanted.
The work was scheduled and Lewis turned up as planned. During the time he was working in our house, he was very pleasant, tidy and respectful of our property, leaving the house as tidy as it was when he arrived.
We are delighted with the bathroom and have decided to go back to JJ Plumbing to have our kitchen supplied and fitted later in the year."

Remove 2 layers of ceramic tiles, replace bathtub with quadrant corner electric shower. Supply and replace hand wash basin, wall and floor boards. Recommend Lewis Hart to complete the above work and liase with Ryan Johnstone for the Electrical work required.

"First class service from start to completion.
The surveyor listened to what we wanted and made suggestions on what would be suitable in the space available.
We were then invited to meet with Louise in the showroom to see her designs and choose the bathroom fittings, wall and floor boards.
She was extremely patient, helpful and never pushed us to go beyond our budget.
After the visit we were sent a comprehensive quote for bathroom, a separate quote for Lewis and details of the electricians rates.
We were so happy with the service provided that we never went anywhere else.

She recommended Lewis Harvey for the renovation and what a worker he is!
I would have no hesitation in recommending him as he is reliable, a perfectionist and extremely tidy,
Everything looked perfect on completion.
He also liaised with the electricians so everything went smoothly and was completed within 5 days.
We are so pleased to have found this gem of a company and have no complaints about any aspect of the services they provide."

"We spent a long time researching and getting quotes for our new bathroom.
As soon as we spoke to Louise in JJ plumbing I felt confident that this was the company we wanted for our work.
Louise listened to us and was so professional and friendly.
She was keen to help and offer advice and put together an utterly stunning f bathroom package for us.
The shower room was installed by Lewis Harvey, as recommended by Louise at Jj plumbing.
Lewis was fantastic, his workmanship and professionalism was second to none.

Future proofed my downstairs bathroom by removing bath and installing walk in shower. Reconfigured bathroom, new toilet and sink and made it almost maintenance free. Installed bath into upstairs shower room, it is a decent sized bathroom so could take a bath and the shower that was already there. Matched bath to existing furniture.

"I would highly recommend JJ Plumbing & Bathrooms.

In my downstairs bathroom the bath was removed and the whole bathroom revamped with a walk-in shower. New furniture, toilet and sink added. Walls and ceiling are now maintenance free.
Upstairs a bath was added to the bathroom, matching furniture already there.
Louise was great with designing and helping me choose colours, taps, sink etc. She suggested a layout I had not considered which now works very well. The showroom has a huge choice - maybe too much - but Louise has infinite patience and as you do not need to make a final decision until relatively close to installation it is still possible to change your mind quite late.
I was given a time frame which Joe and Eric stuck to. Very tidy tradesmen.
They both were good at explaining their work and at listening to what I wanted.
Very, very happy with the finished result.

I had an ensuite bathroom and downstairs toilet removed and new one''s fitted

"I was looking for a new ensuite bathroom and downstairs toilet. I contacted JJ Plumbing by email and received a reply within 24 hours. I explained what I was looking for and they came round a few days later to see what I wanted and then went off and drew up the plans. The plans were in 3D and the bathrooms and toilet looked amazing. They explained that they were busy and it would be a few months before they could carry out the work. I was happy with that, because they'd been recommended to me by a few friends.

Prior to the work starting it was explained that I would need to pay for the materials, which wasn't an issue. Once I paid for the materials the work started 3 weeks later.

I can only say that I am extremely satisfied with the finished work. The workers were friendly and very professional. They were neat and tidy and cleaned up every night. The suppliers sent JJ Plumbing the wrong items, Joe explained this and I knew it wasn't their fault. He worked right through the weekend to get the work done. I'll be needing a new main bathroom soon and I won't be looking for anyone else to carry this out. I'll be going back to JJ Plumbing. A fantastic service from start to finish."

"From Joes first visit to take sizes and Louise’s subsequent visit to firm up the design JJ were extremely friendly and professional.
Their design was spot on and the choice of materials was perfect for us.
Their recommended fitter was first class (Paul Barbour) and did a very professional job.
All in all a great experience from start to finish and I would have no hesitation in

Old en-suite and bathroom replaced

"We had our en-suite as well as the family bathroom designed and fitted by JJ bathrooms. From the word go it was only positives. Louise visited our place and took the measurements. Lewis Hart out fitter was through a few days later to have a look and then we went to the showroom for designing it. Louise was so helpful in making the choices guiding us with the different options but letting us lead. She made lovely clad drawings that gave us a good idea of how it was going to turn out. Materials all arrived on time.
Lewis Hart was exceptional. Despite a few hurdles he got on with the job with no complains. He has an excellent work ethic turning up on time and finishing the task as planned. Flawless work. We would highly recommend both JJ bathrooms and Lewis."
