no work actually done, advise was given on the sale and purchase of a property adjacent to JK on neighbouring land

"We were struggling with a mortgage lender on a property next to a field with JK. We went to several JK removal specialists, and also carried out an expensive report on the neighbouring field as the mortgage lender requested. We emailed Jo at Knotweed Control to first obtain a quotation for a possible treatment plan of the JK even though it was not on our land as we had done with a number of local specialists, as the mortgage lender was requesting a fully payed up treatment plan in order to lend on the a property. She was the only professional that gave us the advice to try another mortgage lender, as companies have differing criteria when dealing with JK. This turned out to be invaluable advice as within two days we had a mortgage in place and the purchase was complete. We would recommend Jo & Knotweed Control as your first port of call if you have JK and/or need advice regarding it."
