- Domestic Removals. This Code has been approved by the Office of Fair Trading. Referenceline conducts customer satisfaction surveys of BAR members that have signed up for this Code and the results are published on this site. Over 10,000 customers have replied to this survey since 2006 and 97% say they recommend their BAR member.
- Commercial Removals. Referenceline does not survey commercial removals.
- Overseas Removals. Referenceline does not survey overseas removals.
