"Despite telling crew a box had valuable breakables they refused to give back when told. They should go in our car. Assured they were safe. All items in this box were smashed and could only hope been done by dropping contents onto floor as parts were also missing. Having dropped claim off in person on 17.10.11 1st contact from insurers was 14.11.11 and none from Smiths since letter dropped off not told of 7 days to claim which was in time however how does a single."
