" I used Britannia when I first moved to Tenerife 5 years ago, even though I did have three parcels go missing.

I recently suffered a bereavement and needed to send some of my personal assets and my mother's personal assets to my home in Tenerife, so thought I would use Britannia again.

To my utter delight, they were even better than the first time around. Not only were the staff helpful, they were punctual, polite, and extremely efficient. What they promised is exactly what I received, and more.

In fact, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the two gents who came to pack my goods as they were very helpful and informative. "

Move of the contents of our 3 bedroom house from the UK to Italy. The contents were packed and stored for 3 months before bringing over. Also there were access issues with the destination address as it was in a city centre with a narrow driveway.

"We were initially delighted with Squab but after the move we were very annoyed to discover the random nature of the packing with boxes labelled ‘paperwork’ containing for e.g. a letter or but, some auctions and some cases. Most of the artwork was labelled ‘landing’ when had some form many others rooms. Things are still missing – like one of four egg cups, assume was broken in packing & not mentioned but as packing so random, we won’t know until every box opened!"
