The Piano has now been moved by family members and we face considerable expense to rectify the damage caused.

We reported damage caused to a canvas photograph, only to be told that we only had 7 days from the moving date in which to report any damage. This was not pointed out to us previously and is a completely unreasonable time constraint, given the complexities of moving house."

"The team of Kevin, Josh and Darren arrived in Wimbledon having driver from Plymouth and barely took a breathe before starting to load up all our worldly goods from the top of a 3 storey house on the hottest two days of the year. They worked with polite efficiency, and were very grateful for our offer of showers after two full days and then sleeping in the van and lorry. They were absolute stars.
All our good went into storage then 2 1/2 months later, they were delivered over two days of decanting into a smaller van from a lorry before the village by Steve and his team. All very well done thank you. "

They are covered in the container as the guys came without."
