American Fridge/Freezer and piano difficult items to move from flat, but successfully achieved.

Our move was from two properties to one property. It involved storage of furniture and personal effects from one of the properties and ultimately the packing package and moving from the other property together with the out of storage delivery to our new property.

"From start to finish of our mammoth move we were served by kind, friendly, courteous, polite and very efficient staff from both the office and the packers and removal men.
We were given an indication of the schedule at the time of moving and all this happened as per the schedule.
We trusted the men that our belongings would be packed efficiently and we can honestly say that we did not have a single breakage which was a great relief.
We unpacked our boxes gradually and when we had many we just rang the office and a pickup was arranged and carried out.
We did look at another company by way of comparison whose quotation actually worked out a little more but they could not offer the same service or total code of practice as Maidmans.
We cannot suggest any way for improvement to the service as we were 100% happy with our dealing with Maidmans from start to finish and would very sincerely say thank you to all the staff that we have come into contact with. Thank you folks and we will always recommend you."

It was a difficult house with sleep narrow staircases but the chaps just got on with it. They were polite and Cheerful plus very helpful. They didn't get cross if we got on their way.

"An excellent bunch of lads. I don't think they realised that one of the watering can was still half full of water. But they managed to get it to Shrevusbury without spilling a drop. Very impressive. The lads were down to earth, good for a laugh, but at all times totally professional. They are a credit to your company!"

Thanks to your removal men the whole thing was seamless from leaving, even returning in the morning for the bed.

Very long distance from Bournemouth to Scotland. Heavy awkward oak tree stump, heavy piano, heavy rain!
All done with a cheerful attitude and great care and consideration with our possessions.
