A first class team who did a first class job moving my son from Newquay to St Day. Despite challenging access at both ends of the move these guys were amazing. They all worked so hard from 7.30 in the morning until the job was done at 5.30 in the afternoon. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

House move Newquay to Berkshire. Goods had to be moved up 22 steps to a intermediate van due to access issues then unpacked and reloaded onto a large van for transporting to Berkshire. Some goods on decking would not fit through doorway and had to be taken round part of the headland and over three walls, but the team completed this without complaint.

"House move Newquay to Berkshire completed on requested date. Team arrived on time, were friendly and efficient and loaded everything very quickly. Arrived Berkshire next day on allocated time and quickly unloaded. Entire contents were packed by me, and only one glass bowl broken which was amazing given the amount of very delicate glassware that what moved. Great job, would highly recommend. Not the cheapest, but great service which is exactly what I wanted."

We moved next door so no van required. It was house to house with large number of boxes, large furniture, kitchen appliances and a very heavy washing machine !

"I thought they would send at least 4 removers. As it was two of the most professional friendly young men turned up. They were just amazing. Could not have wished for better. No item presented any problem for this highly skilled pair. They protected doors and new carpet really well. We have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We have dealt with other companies in the past. This was the best by a very long way."

Would highly recommend Christopher’s removals, Due to unforeseen circumstances they could not have been helpful in helping to deal with the problem.

"The men packing could not have done more and asked where and what were to be packed and unpacked again on removal. They were all very professional but also very friendly. 100% on all areas. Also the reception staff who I spoke to many times."

Extremely helpful when trying to arrange long distance move keeping price as low as possible with another customers move to my area and my move to new bungalow.

"Hanled late change for contents to storage for a couple of months, then move. Crew were polite, helpful and punctual at all times. The move was made as easy as possible staff were helpful and patient when late changes were made. Good communication and explataions every step of the way. Crews worked really hard as there were a lot of heavy items to move."

We have had building work carried out on our property and so all our furniture had to be put into storage for 6 month whilst the work was done. Both moving our belongings out of our house and back in again was hassle free. Christophers arrived on time and with quiet efficiency put everything into storage containers.

"This is the third time we’ve used Christophers - they are excellent. Calm, efficient, nothing is a problem. Each time they’ve stored our furniture too - their storage is excellent, and access to it is easily arranged. Move from Surrey to Cornwall over 3 days with two young children.

"Mike Christopher and Sons were incredible from start to finish. They worked very hard throughout to make sure we had plenty of time and nothing seemed to faze them. There was a car at the entrance of the new property which meant they could not back the lorry all the way to the door. Unfazed they used the additional smaller truck to offload and then take up the drive. This had to be done a total of 5 times and added considerable time to the job but not once did the team make an issue about it. They saw the problem, got on with the job and had everything in the house by 5pm. They moved a whole shed in one piece and even my favourite 10 foot potted cherry tree. Over the 3 days the move took place I was incredibly happy with the service and trusted that they were taking the move every bit as seriously as we were. Thank you so much"

Our experience moving house with Christopher’s was certainly made less stressful thanks to Mike & Finn speedily & expertly loading all our boxes, many more than we thought we would need, very professionally wrapping delicate things, and great care was taken with the 2 televisions.

"We were also impressed with the plastic bags provided for our bedding, something I don’t remember ever happening with previous moves.
The morning went very smoothly, the afternoon due to a delay with our buyers taking an unnecessary long time to transfer the money to complete the sale. This meant we were waiting 3 1/2 hours , costing us an extra £180. but at the end of the day all was unloaded with no hitches.
We would certainly recommend Christopher’s to anyone on the move, & they certainly lived up to their reputation being the best! The staff in the office were most helpful & cheerful too. Sincere thanks .

We think we have covered everything relevant on the move but we will add that perhaps more boxes could have been supplied."

"The company moved my contents from my home into storage for approximately 8mths. The removal went really smoothly and the team were really helpful, polite and professional. Once I’d purchased another property I then had my contents moved from Cornwall to Oxfordshire. The service was excellent, everything arrived at the agreed time and the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. I have been really impressed with everything the team have done. Possibly not the cheapest but made up for by the helpful admin team and the excellent removals guys."

This particular move was from Cornwall to Caithness in the far North of Scotland.

"We have used M J Christophers for two house moves and each time we have been delighted with their service and had our expectations exceeded by their careful work.

Our first move was within Cornwall, but four yers later we found ourselves on the move again, this time to Caithness in the far North of Scotland! This time Christophers initially moved our house and workshop contents into store and then three months later transported everything to our new home. Nothing was too much trouble, they even transported one of my beloved Harley Davidson motorcycles at the same time as our furniture. On arrival in Scotland our possessions were efficiently moved into our new home with diligence, care and respect. Everything had been so carefully and well packed that there was not a single breakage nor damage to even the most fragile item.
We would not hesitate to recommend M J Christophers to anyone requiring removal services!"
