Move from first floor flat to three storey house

Very large quantity of boxes and furniture moved and delivered in one day

2 bed house plus garden furniture.

The move was spread over 2 days packing on one day and moving on the next.

We were moving from a very large house with numerous bedrooms, sitting rooms and other rooms, storage and garages. Our move was to a new house 300 miles away.

A complicated move ... a full house into storage and then back out again into the new house followed by a partial move from a flat into that new house.

DRS helped me to move out, store furniture then move back in after 5 weeks.

Move from a narrow Victorian house with awkward twisting staircases to a smaller modern house.

Couldn’t fault DRS. Professional, helpful and friendly from the outset both from the admin aspect, being flexible and accommodating our needs, and the practicalities of the loading and unloading our belongings. I was concerned about a number of plants and shrubs we were taking with us but these presented no problems and were well looked after even when temporary storage was required. When timings/keys/storage all became complicated DRS worked with us to give us the best outcome in what was a typically stressful house move. Would have no hesitation in recommending DRS.

Organised as a part load . Collect furniture, porcelain and a large bureau with glass fronted bookcase cabinet over from Oswestry in Shropshire . Deliver to a house near Blairgowrie in Perthshire.

The house move went very smoothly - better than expected. The removal crew were brilliant - very professional, took care with all of my items and kept me updated all the way through the process.

Moved from Aberlour to Kirriemuir

Heavy Victorian Mahogany extending table (13foot )with 5 leaves and 14 mahogany dining chairs from residence nearly 3 hours away. All items to be French polished so needed to go into basement down several garden steps and pathways.

From a detached house to a 1st floor flat with far too much stuff! 2 guys to pack then 2 days later the big move with 4 guys altogether.

Excellent and professional service from initial contact to after service once move was completed and all staff were polite and considerate both personally and of my possessions. All aspects of costings and descriptions were explained and appointments and visits were punctual and timely. The week prior to the move, a notification came that my street was to be closed due to road works and when I contacted DRS they couldn''t have been more accommodating and advised that this would not concern me and they would put a contingency plan in to ensure that the move went ahead. The roadworks did not go ahead as planned due to extreme weather and on the morning of the move there had been a bad snowfall during the night and it was still snowing in the morning. This did not phase the workers and they undertook their roles and responsibilities in a friendly and professional manner. The packing boxes were delivered in advance and the day prior to the move, staff came to pack the boxes and did so with care and attention. I had also arranged dismantling and reassembling of Wardrobe and beds and although there may have been an issue with this, a contingency plan was also put in place. The service resulted in a stress free move for myself and all staff that I spoke with - office, surveyor, packers and removers were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Big move from Scotland to East Anglia but last minute “challenges” furniture and effects had to go into storage!

Moved from 4 bedroom detached house, lots of stuff, more than we thought!

Dundee Removers proved extremely professional and well organised moving us from a 3 bedroom, 1st Floor duplex level flat with 45 steps from top to ground level, without the hint of frustration or annoyance at the challenges created from two snowy and cold days in December.
