"For the first move, the four staff were all grumpy and quiet rude. They didn't seem to want to be working on a Sat am. Someone forced and broke a rivet on the garage door but didn't admit it so I discovered after they'd gone.

The move out of store was better but I was unsure what level of service I'd paid for so when the men couldn't move two wardrobes upstairs without dismantling they left them in the lounge. As a single person, this was very inconvenient and I had to seek help to move over the next few days. Shouldn't they have done it?

There was no evidence that sofa, pictures, and mattresses were wrapped/protected and some were marked. Three pictures were damaged which I discovered too late to claim on insurance."
