Colebrook Sturrock is a member of the Property Ombudsman, and was selected by Referenceline to take part in a mandatory consumer survey in 2007.  The firm has since decided to use Referenceline's survey forms across all its branches:

Once every transaction has completed the seller and buyer are provided with a survey devised for the Property Ombudsman, Referenceline then receive the surveys direct from the client and process and publish the data.
