"As this firm was once based in Holyhead but moved to the next towns Amlwch. The communication i.e. viewing for purchasers was not made by them (Mon Properties)-I did it all on their behalf. The advantage of this firm was that they did not ask for 'auction fees' upfront as I didn't have it to give them."
