Trading Standards Scheme - Suffolk (Trusted Trader)

The Suffolk Trusted Trader Scheme is a scheme working in conjunction with local businesses, the aim of which is to enable consumers to make decisions about the selection of a provider based on information which is supplied directly from people who have used the services of a business/trader. The scheme is intended to increase consumer confidence, promote good practice and help to protect people from doorstep crime.

The Trusted Trader Scheme is operated by Suffolk County Council. The services delivered by businesses on the scheme are assessed by their own customers through a survey system operated by Referenceline Ltd. Customer survey information about member businesses is available to all local and national consumers.
