Bosch Car Service

Bosch Car Service garages provide vehicle maintenance, repairs and diagnostics for all makes of vehicles. The Bosch Car Service network works to an Office of Fair Trading approved Consumer Code of Practice. The purpose of the Code is to set out the standards and practices of a Bosch Car Service garage so that you can make an informed and favourable decision as to the suitability of the services on offer. All Bosch Car Service garages are required to comply with the provisions of the Code and fulfil all relevant statutory and legal requirements, in particular those relating to Trading Standards, Health and Safety, Environmental Protection and Employment.

The Bosch Car Service garage and Bosch have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and therefore would like to work with the customer to resolve any complaint fairly and quickly. Should, despite these efforts, the complaint remain unresolved, then the customer has the option of pursuing independent adjudication. The Code describes the complaint handling procedure.

Trusted Trader is an independent scheme run by Fife Council Trading Standards. Businesses signing up to the scheme must abide by certain terms and conditions which reflect their responsible and sensible approach to the way they trade and conduct their business.
