This total length of time the care & attention received during this period was admirable. From the office staff – return of my goods cannot speak too highly of their proficient service and was equally pleased with the condition of all goods after almost 5 yrs. Their usage of wooded/aired crates stopped even the soft furnishings from odour or ‘Mustiness’ and would recommend this company and would be happy to repeat if I move again."

Although we were paid something eventually (half the cost of the item) the firm did not seem to take our claim very seriously. Also – had to contact them repeatedly to collect boxes afterwards."
