About Us

Chameleon cleaning are experts in Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning and leather cleaning repairs and restoration.
We also care for rugs of all types, clean historic carpets for the National Trust and teach conservators and NT staff how to care for ancient and priceless carpets.
Glyn is the former Vice President and Training Director of the National Carpet Cleaners Association, the most highly trained Carpet & Upholstery cleaner in Norfolk.

Rug Cleaning

"Absolutely delighted. Although a lot of money for two rugs, they were heavily soiled. The original colours have been restored and apart from some minor wear marks the rugs look new.
The rugs were bought from Laura Ashley and are quite large and even when available secondhand on Ebay cost a great deal more than the cleaning cost.

The cleaning process which includes several stages was patiently explained by Glyn who owns the company and who is passionate about the subject.
Glyn removes the rugs and treats them off site doing a much better job than is possible at home.

On the basis of this experience I would be very happy to try Glyn's other services such as carpet and upholstery cleaning

Three piece Suite Cleaned

"My furniture looks refreshed and nearly new again, all marks have vanished and it smells fresh and clean. The service was excellent. Glyn gave us a written, no obligation quotation and explained all the different types of cleaning available, testing the fabric for the correct products and service. It took approximately 3 hours and everything was well organised and clean. I asked for some advice on a mascara stain on some curtains and he very kindly cleaned that for me too. "Recently applied a spot-on flea treatment to our cat who then decided to curl up against the arm of our leather suite. The treatment took the colour out of the arm (pet owners beware!)Contacted the company where we purchased our suite who put us in touch with Chameleon. On arrival we realised Chameleon had also cleaned our lounge and hall carpets recently. Glynn did an excellent job then and has done another excellent job restoring the arm of our suite. "An excellent carpet clean for my high traffic stairs and hallway carpets plus three bedrooms (traffic areas only). Carpets came up really well on the carpets that had some heavy wear and staining on it (pale beige - what was I thinking?!) Anyway - Glenn arrived early (promptly at 7.45 so that I could let him in before going to work. He got everything he needed and by the time I came home it was all finished and everything safe and secure. Great job done and very trustworthy.
