-- Auburn has not yet made any decisions on position changes going into the offseason, coach Gus Malzahn said Friday.

Junior receiver Trovon Reed , but Malzahn said such a decision has not yet been made.

"That was premature," Malzahn said. "We have not talked about any of that. Once we get to our pre-spring meetings we ll talk through things like that."

Reed shared the news Thursday on Instagram but quickly deleted the message once it reached news outlets.

Auburn is also looking for a replacement at left tackle, where third-year sophomore Greg Robinson leaves an opening after declaring for the NFL Draft. It's possible right tackle Avery Young could move to the left side, but Malzahn says coaches have not made that decision yet.

We haven t got that far yet," Malzahn said. "As we get done with recruiting we ll start thinking a little more personnel-wise and all that."

The recruiting dead period ends Jan. 15. Signing day is Feb. 5.
