A smart phone repair company taking 2 months to do nothing. After the complaint, they refunded my money and sent the phone back.
 

"I was impressed by how quickly my inquiry with the cab resulted in a phone call from trading standards. The lady actually gave the impression of listening to my complaint and had googled the company in question (fone angels) before phoning me. Pennicuik window salesmen promised they would replace blinds and curtain tracks after windows were replaced, then refused to do so.
 

"I found Mr Houdon very helpful and listened to me then gave me advice to write to Pennicuik and explain my grievance, Mr Houdon kept me in touch as to what was happening, Pennich were not interested, but he said the salesman admitted he did say they would replace windows and blinds, I then had to get someone in to do this Mr Hounslon, phoned me again to tell. "The officer was understanding and sympathetic, promising support.
