Fault with 1-4 seater and chair to match the covers for the seats were not made to proper standard. I have three covers to prove this. I am waiting an another settee and chair which they said I was to receive. Still waiting on when and I have no intention of letting them get away with this.

2 x tickets to Dundee Unitd Vs Hibs purchased online. However on getting to seats, man and his 2 kids sat there (season ticket holders). They said they had similar issue before. Anything after that moved 3 times to try to find spare seats, 20 mins into game still move 3rd time.

"I thought the man dealings with it - Briar Peet, was very helpful, kept me informed of progress, and if he hadn't be involved we would have get nothing back.

SCS sent us wrong suite and refused to refund us saying they don't do refunds. Our family had to stay in other accommodation over the Christmas period as there was no bed here for them to sleep in.

"Ms Alison Reid was great at helping us and explained about our rights. We had been arguing for 8 weeks with this company and she sorted it out in just a two week period. They (the SCS) was very pleasant to us on the phone and told us to bring our card to have our money in full. Don't know what we would have done without your help. Thank you very much. David / Moira. The first time I bought a couch and chair (new). I told the man I had a small lobby and if it will go in, I told him well over 20 times. He guaranteed me it would as it comes apart.

On delivery it wouldn't. They asked for £75 to dismantle the arms, which I payed with my electricity money.

Concern regarding roofing repairs and attic insulation correction to present condensation on windows. No itemization of work and cost of work to be done which was asked for by me. Coming and going for materials which resulted in actual time on site as minimal. I started to take were of times. When questioned - plausible answers. Finally consulted friend when confirmed the our vents in roof were cosmetic. Phoned trading standards next day.

"From the first point of contact (Raymond Lynch) and subsequent members (Alison McRobbie and Brian Pect) the team delivered assurance and empathy, gave logical clear information and advice throughout, brought in necessary experts and handled the whole issues with faultless professionalism.
