The scheme is operated by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards Service in partnership with Referenceline. We aim to help consumers in Norfolk make informed choices, and to help older and vulnerable people throughout Norfolk remain safe and independent in their own homes.

Norfolk HomeCall
The scheme replaces Norfolk Home Call which, from June 2009, has been incorporated into Norfolk Trusted Trader. Existing members of Home Call are being invited to join the new scheme. Norfolk Home Call is closed to new members. Norfolk Home Call members are listed on this website alongside Norfolk Trusted Trader members. No customer feedback is available for Norfolk Home Call members.
