Trusted Business

Norfolk Trusted Business is a directory of businesses who offer services to other businesses, providing a wide range of services, including advice, mentoring and marketing. All members are checked by Trading Standards and supported by customer references. The scheme helps businesses to establish themselves, develop and grow successfully by making informed choices for support services.

Trusted Business is operated by Norfolk County Council Trading Standards Service in partnership with Referenceline and the New Anglia Local Enterprise Partnership.

Accreditation
Members agree to comply with strict standards and undergo a series of background checks as part of the accreditation process.

Customer Ratings and Reviews
Member businesses are assessed by their own customers, through a survey system operated by Referenceline. Customer ratings and reviews are published to help other customers make a more informed choice.
