James at Designtec built me an e-Commerce website. He continues to support me long after the website has gone live. He designed it to look as good on desktop as mobile. He built the shop area and taught me how to add products when I need to. He has taught me how to change anything I want to change and how to enter new prices. Neil Burr also gave me additional advice before, during and after the build.

"Back in December I met Neil Burr and decided he would be ideal to produce a website for a client of mine who was in need of a much improved web presence. From the moment I mentioned the project to Neil, his advice and solution finding attitude was excellent and resulted in an outstanding outcome to the project.

His team were conscientious and ensured all deadlines were met. The product was exceptional. The customer was extremely pleased with the outcome and has commissioned further work for both of us on the strength of the website and process, and is now a go-to reference for our work.

After my first call to make enquiries where Neil spent much of his time explaining the options and their services I made the decision to get the professionals to create my website and I have no regrets. Only giving them a limited brief and ideas, a draft website was created and far exceeded my expectations. Am very happy with the end result and even more happy that any future changes I can perform myself due to the easy use of the application. "From the start they were really easy to deal with. They listened carefully to my brief and really understood what I was looking for. They got to work on my brief promptly and as a result, produced a really high quality website that is clear and easy to navigate. They also produced the artwork for my logo so I could start to build my brand. They guaranteed that I needn't pay anything until I was completely happy with what they had produced and there were no unexpected charges. "Designtec created a new website for our funeral directing company. They knew that time was of the essence as our old website was down. Their question sheet was helpful for getting at what we really wanted and they worked quickly and effectively to come up with a really attractive and user-friendly product. When we had questions once the website was up and running, they came back to us quickly and reassuringly. They taught us how to edit it.
