About Us

We are an award-winning double glazing business that puts our customers first. Like most companies in our sector, we supply and fit doors, windows, accessories and carry out maintenance work but we feel our ethos that anyone can afford the highest quality stands us apart from the rest. Our domestic and commercial customers throughout Ayrshire and the Central Belt, know that they can expect quality, experience, knowledge and trust when they buy from us. There is no hard-sell as we believe in our products, services and after-care sales.

We continue to keep our customer promise of the highest quality products at the lowest possible price through no sales commission and efficient operations. All our products are CE marked and manufactured to British Standards.

"I was very pleased with Radbury as a whole. The gentleman who came to my house with the brochures and did the initial measuring was polite and helpful as I was choosing which windows to go for. The estimation if start date was accurate. The two fitters who came were polite and respectful towards myself and my property. They were polite and considerate. Worked quickly and efficiently. On completion of work contact from office was timely to ensure I was happy with work carried out and paperwork also sent to me in a timely manner. All in all a positive experience with Radburys. I would definitely be happy to recommend them to others."

"I called Radbury as they were recommended to me by a friend. They were great explaining the process and how it would work. The quote was provided quickly and we felt the price was competitive for the work that was required. They showed up when they said they would, they were tidy and helpful to the point at night when I came from work you wouldn’t even know they had been there. I am thrilled to bits with the finished work. It pays to shop local."

"The whole team at Redbury from office staff to sales then fitter were all extremely helpful and efficient. They were actually able to complete my order in a shorter time than normal. The fitting team had to work on a very hot afternoon. They made a very good job of replacing my window so no repairs were required to the decor. Highly recommended."

"Very friendly service in ordering the windows. Excellent communication at all times as finding a mutually convenient time for installation was complicated by a number of external factors.
The installation itself was swift and professionally completed. The team worked dawn to dusk in horrendous conditions and managed to finish the job a day early.
The tidying up after installation was exemplary."

"Professional at the point of contact to enquire about the work required.
Prompt arrival of employee to measure up.
Not very long to wait for the work to be done.
Workers arrived on the agreed date and were courteous, careful and worked quickly.
Job was finished on the day and the workmen swept up outside very thoroughly."

Replacement of 4 windows

"I am absolutely delighted with the work & professionalism of the workers on the day. The men that fitted the windows were fantastic & very prefessional. The windows are of a very high standard.

However i must add...we were also looking to have patio doors fitted ar the same time period and asked for a quote on the day the surveyor came to measure up the windows. There was definately a break down in communication between the 2 men that did come out seperately. Unfortunately we never received a quote, despite sending our architects work plans on 2 occasions and personally coming into the showroom on 2 occasions and speaking directly to Ken who did reiterate he had passed them onto the gentleman who dealt with this.The gentleman that did initially arrive to measure up our windows (not Ken, who was very good) i do not know this gentlemans name as he never stated clearly who he was, did not mention that he was also to quote for patio doors....said be was only here to measure for windows??? Definately very poor communication between these 2 men. Such a shame as i would of preferred Radbury to fit the doors too.

It has not put us off using Radbury again as the standard is very high...but i hope they do look into who is surveying jobs etc as they may be missing out on work. Again i would like to praise the 2 men that fitted the windows."

Replacing three old double glazes windows and two single glazed windows

"My approach with a job such as this is to look for reviews of companies via the local 'trusted trader' scheme and also through the analogous 'Which' recommended trader scheme. I prefer local firms if possible.
Radbury's were recommended by both (only company to do so for this type of work).
I approached them for a quote and was very pleased with the service I got - very thorough survey and useful suggestions. The quotation was very reasonable and so we accepted it.

Stephen and James, the fitters arrived promptly on the agreed day and did an excellent job with the installations. All the old structures were removed at the end, floors swept etc. They were both very friendly and polite.

I received the invoice plus a ten year guarantee, by e-mail a few days after the work was completed

In total, this was a very good experience and I am very happy to recommend the company to anyone.

Old double glazed front door removed and new double glazed front door fitted.

"We urgently required a new front door for my grandparents house, as their old door was damaged and no longer fully secure.

We contacted Randburys Double Glazing, as they had installed the previous door, so we knew their craftsmanship was excellent. On contacting the showroom all the staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The door was ordered and installed quickly, giving us piece of mind.

The new door is beautiful and the fitting is excellent.

We would highly recommend Radburys Double Glazing, Ayr, as their products are quality, value for money, and the staff are all friendly."

Supplied and installed 7 UPVC Double glazed windows, 6 with full hardwood surround and 1 with UPVC surround ( bathroom ). Supplied and installed 2 Triple glazed composite outside doors. Supplied and installed 1 UPVC outdoor storage door.

"As it's more than 30 years since the last double glazing went in, we felt it was time to replace and upgrade. Our original doors and windows were purchased from Radbury and have served well throughout so they were first port of call. Following the initial survey and quote we decided to proceed and a detailed inspection followed. An installation date was then agreed and the fitters turned up on time every day, were courteous, helpful and accommodating throughout. They did a top quality install and consulted throughout on anything that adjusted. We had particular needs due to a pet with epilepsy and they adjusted their schedule to suit.

I am very happy with both the quality of the install and of the doors and windows. It has lifted the look of our house and reduced the noise at the same time. We'll see when winter comes just how aged our old windows were I hope.

Radbury installed new windows and doors to my property.

"We contacted Radbury to give us a quote. Our home was measured promptly and Gemma in the office was great, very helpful and after a few emails we decided what type of windows and doors we wanted. On the date of installation James and Steph set to work and kept me informed each day of what was happening. They were great, very professional and tidied up any mess as well as taking away my old windows and doors. They were also so considerate of my dog making sure they kept the garden gate and doors secure so he wouldn’t get out! All the work was completed in less than 3 days to a very high standard. Amazing!

All in all a brilliant service from Radbury and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I absolutely love all of my windows and doors and couldn’t believe how quick and hassle free the whole process was.
