I can not recommend Orbit Satellite Installations highly enough. From the very first phone call, the site visits, to the installation and the texts sent this morning checking all was good. The standard of work was excellent the advice provided during the whole process gave me the confidence that the end result was going to be as I expected, however I have to say it has surpassed all my expectations thanks to John. I highly recommend Orbit Satellite installations and guarantee you will not be disappointed.

"John's response to my initial enquiry was quick and he followed up when he said he would. He turned up when he said he would and was very thorough about the whole job. I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing and he told me as well so I felt I understood what he was doing and what the problem was. Very happy with the cost too. "Super job, especially considering the complicated nature of the original aerials we had in place. This included crawling through the loft to find aerial wiring and cutting back the garden ivy to access damaged aerials, as well as the usual stuff. "John has worked for me on a few occasions. This time I was moving into a new house and needed a full audio-visual system installing into four rooms. Of course I asked John to do this for me, and I have been completely delighted and satisfied with the job he has done. He is extremely competent and skillfull, always cheerful and leaves everything very tidy, and goes out of his way to ensure that I am happy with everything. "Prompt response to initial enquiry. Requested photo of faulty equipment to ensure goods were on his van rather than delay further by having to order in. Arrived promptly, clean and tidy worker, fully explained what he was doing and why, checked and double checked everything before leaving. A true professional who takes pride in his work.
