They care for him exactly as I ask and always check he is eating properly and is happy. Their facilities are excellent and the option of booking a grooming service is very useful. "Tracey and Rob helped us at a time when I was unable to look after the dogs. I live in Devan and had a phone call to say my brother in Scotland had had a heart. Tracey and Rob collected the dogs at 10.15pm and cared for them until I could came up 2 weeks later. They were fully booked but made space so the dogs could stay until I came to collect them. I cannot thank them enough. They were very professional and caring. "

They were both fully aware of Eric needs, Rob took us to the kennels and let us see them, while reassuring us at the same time.
During our holiday I contact them and they reassured us that he was fine but nervous.

"Having used the kennels for day boarding and boarding whilst on holiday I am always happy to leave my two dogs. Rob and Tracey are always friendly and take good care of the dogs.

As day boarders my dogs are always keen to arrive at the kennels. They enjoy going for walks and playing in the secure outdoor area.

"I live 4 miles from Guildhall Bridge Pat hotel and needed somewhere with that homely caring atmosphere into which I entrust my dog. Very much an L plate owner I'm influenced by those imponderables - friendliness and ease of manner, knowledge, attention to detail and that feeling of "this is the place" I viewed the kennels prior to booking and was impressed by those imponderables but also by facilities daily program and Rob and Tracy's willingness to accommodate any doggy idiosyncracies. My Jack Russell is now a regular one day per week B and B resident arriving with his own bed, ball and feeding bowl ready for his breakfast provided. The care and attention provided is excellent and includes a regular pre-arranged and paid for bath and groom. A happy owner and fresh smelling clean contented dog results! For me as an owner everything is simple straightforward from pick up to payment and I'm reassured by the fact that these genuine dog lovers look after him as if he were their own. I intend to have my "wee brag (rascal)" stay both as a day border for a long time to come and as a holiday border as when necessary. The care is 2nd to none.
Rob and Tracy listen to customer wants and needs and as a result nonstock smaller bags of the high quality brand of food much easier to both handle and store.
