Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and creative design solutions were evident throughout the entire project. They not only met but exceeded my expectations in terms of both the timeline and the final results.

The newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms have completely transformed the apartment, making it not only more functional but also aesthetically pleasing. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

"Absolutely faultless. I can't speak highly enough of ADOVA. The kitchen is a masterpiece, fitting like a glove, which is largely due to our designer and the multiple site visits for surveys during the build. You won't find this level of attention from any of the bigger, more well-known brands. And here's the kicker—the cost is only marginally higher. So, for just a tad more, you get a fully bespoke service that ticks every box you could possibly have. "Working with ADOVA was a pleasant experience, the designs they created were amazing and exactly what we were looking for. The design phase was quite involved, choosing samples and seeing 3D Visuals & drawings of everything prior to production made signing off easy and gave us plenty of confidence.

Installation went smooth enough, everything was as per the drawings. There were a few panels that were slightly damaged which we were happy to keep but Dharmesh insisted he replace them; I didn't want to make a fuss but we were happy he did as the final product is a place my family and I are extremely happy to call home."

"My experience dealing with the entire ADOVA team was positive overall, Dharmesh was extremely helpful from the get-go and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with making alterations to leaseholder property. They obtained all the necessary approvals and prepared exquisite, detailed designs for each space, my wife and I are really happy with how the space turned out.

Now a few issues; I would pop into the site from time to time during working hours and while everyone on site was polite, the site did seem quite messy. We were not living in the property during the works. Having said that, the space was always clean when it came time to having site meetings on Saturday or Friday so I guess that's good.

The other issue was timing - It's difficult to blame ADOVA for this but obtaining some of the consents took longer than I was told by the other parties involved. ADOVA obviously used this information to plan their programme of works and unfortunately because of this, the project towards the end became significantly delayed due to delays snowballing and various trades not being available when they were required on site. This was extremely frustrating at the time and it did lead to a few rifts between myself and Dharmesh. With hindsight, I understand the position they were in as they did have other projects booked in (we were booked in 5 months in advance so I can imagine there are others in the same position after us) but the important part is everything was finished to an amazing quality, we're very happy with the space."

After interviewing a few local firms, I decided to appoint ADOVA to design the entire flat, including planning the space, the kitchen and the bathrooms. They also managed the building permissions and obtained consent from the freeholder, which was painful. They handled everything - from the electrics and plumbing to the bespoke joinery work. "I picked up a rather worse-for-wear flat in Maida Vale back in 2020, I was stepping into a daunting project. It had three bedrooms and bathrooms but was in quite a state. Admittedly, I was out of my depth with the legal and regulatory side of things. So, having ADOVA navigate the pre-construction phase, the building control approval and that essential licence to alter was a weight off my shoulders.

ADOVA managed the construction phase (unfortunately their in-house team weren't available as I needed the work done ASAP) by going to tender and appointing a builder. They still supplied and installed all the joinery.

The transformation was remarkable. They tackled the basics – the electrics, plumbing, and lighting – ensuring everything was safe and up to standard. The bespoke joinery throughout is stunning; smoked oak veneers, various marbles and plenty of LED lighting to create a calming atmosphere; it’s not something you see every day. It’s those handcrafted touches that really make a difference, especially when restoring an old property. And while they provided furniture options, I appreciated that they weren't pushy about it, understanding the personal touch a homeowner wants to give. In the end, I went with their suggestions on furniture and also commissioned a few bespoke pieces.

Looking at my flat now, compared to what it was, I'm genuinely grateful to ADOVA for their work along with the various trades and the builder. It's been a journey, but one that was made simpler with their help."

"I bought a dated flat in the heart of Notting Hill in December 2022, I was smitten by its potential, even if it was a bit rough around the edges. The location was spot-on, but the interiors left much to be desired. I decided during the purchase I wanted to undertake a full refurb as this was going to be my home. I reached out to ADOVA on Instagram.

From our initial discussions, it was clear that they understood my vision. Their keen sense of design meant they could transform my vague ideas (and a few ambitious Pinterest boards) into a tangible, stylish reality. The result? My flat now perfectly captures that unique Notting Hill vibe: effortlessly blending the classic charm with contemporary chic.

Beyond the aesthetics, the structural and architectural tweaks they recommended were nothing short of transformative. I had a few problem areas in the flat that seemed near-impossible to fix. But, with ADOVA's expertise, every challenge was met with a solution, ensuring the final design wasn’t just beautiful but also functional.

One of the standout aspects of working with ADOVA was their commitment to making the process as seamless as possible. Navigating the maze of permissions and paperwork can be a real headache. Yet, they took care of every licence and every form. We did however run into a few issues with the freeholder, who significantly delayed the works.

Now, every time I walk through the door of my newly refurbished flat, I'm greeted with a space that feels both familiar and wonderfully new. It's a daily reminder of the skilled craftsmanship and dedication of the ADOVA team. For anyone pondering a home makeover in the area, I can't recommend ADOVA highly enough. "Everything was great from the initial visit to the property to take measurements, to the visit to their studio to choose materials, to the final installation.

The designs were prepared in a timely manner and the installation was carried out as agreed. They were even able to delay the installation by two weeks (at my request on short notice) as due to work obligations I couldn't be in the country on the original date. "We commissioned ADOVA after having purchased a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in a mansion block in Chelsea. As both my husband and I have extremely busy schedules, we needed someone we could trust to give the key to our home. We made the right choice!

The works included a full turnkey design and refurbishment of every space. The construction phase was scheduled for 24 weeks, including full refurbishment, new windows, new wooden floor, new interior doors, 2 new bathrooms, new kitchen and bespoke fitted furniture. The initial outlined duration was largely kept to, except for a one of two difficult suppliers as we were kept informed timely on every single stage what our involvement should be in terms of choices and finishes. The team showcased incredible attention to detail, beautiful design, along with the very knowledgeable specialist from every trade.

"I first heard about ADOVA while they were carrying out works in the same building where I was renting in Chelsea. While the noise definitely drove me mad while the works were going on, the workers on site were polite and they took my complaints in stride. I then ran into Dharmesh on my way into the building who was kind enough to give me a tour of the flat and the works they were doing; the design was opulent and I could tell by speaking with him that attention to detail was strongly emphasised. I also had received positive comments from the new owner once they moved in and was given a tour by them as well.

Not soon after my husband and I decided to purchase our own home that required a full back to brick refurbishment and our immediate choice was ADOVA. The space planning was impeccable, the works included installing new steelwork to create an open plan layout, new bathrooms etc. They also liaised with the freeholder and their professional team to obtain the necessary approvals for the works.

The construction phase went smoothly, we would try to visit the site weekly but the porters had nothing but nice things to say about the whole team. the works did take longer than anticipated but this is considering the changes and extras we decided along the way.

In the end, the finishes throughout were marvellous; the woods, marbles and polished plaster to name a few, I'm lucky to be working from home as I'm in love with our new kitchen!

Overall, each stage of the programme were carried out to the high standards I had come to expect and the end product was beyond my expectations.

"After reaching out to several design and build companies, my wife and I felt that ADOVA was the right fit for us, especially since they spent so a lot of time with us in the beginning, visit the property with us and understanding our lifestyle.

We went through design, planning and build with ADOVA and all stages were really well handled. The builders were always clean, tidy and on time; the back office was always supportive. Budget-wise, we did spend more than we anticipated but that was due to additions and amendments to the design that we decided to go during the project. On timing, we did overrun the original programme, but this was purely due to the change of design along the way and a few annoying suppliers.

I have worked with ADOVA on four projects over the past five years, all of which were full refurbishments of houses/flats and one with was a rear extension. This included both design and build.

"Working with ADOVA was a pleasure. They were professional, creative, diligent and the process on each project got better over time. During construction, they were great contractors, on budget and on time, which is a fantastic result. Snagging on point. Quality outstanding. "Very happy we decided to work with ADOVA after a recommendation from friends. Clear pricing and good attention to detail throughout design phase. They came up with several alternatives for how our kitchen could integrate with the rest of the home and then went through multiple revisions of our chosen design to ensure all utilities and spaces were well designed. Particular shout out to Dharmesh who guided us brilliantly when we were getting stuck on various elements and in construction phase worked tirelessly behind the scenes with building control to bring our ideas to life. Our project manager was great - never flustered & always practical without compromising on what we wanted. The builders were reliable and completed the job to a high standard; neighbours commented that they were considerate & polite. Price was comparable with 2 other high end companies which quoted. Most importantly, ADOVA delivered the job on budget and on time - no small feat at the moment. Would use again & wholeheartedly recommend."
