"Had a nasty blocked drain, which unfortunately is multi water and sewer system. "Saturday and Sunday
Heavy rain filled a blocked down pipe and water drained into a shower causing flooding which had to be baled. A neighbour's plumber told us about SOS drains ltd and my son phoned to learn that a man finishing work could come to us. He was very pleasant did the work required that Sunday afternoon. "What can I say? These guys were brilliant , they did face a major problem . It looked a fairly straight forward drain blockage .... but it wasn't !
They persisted ( many times) but thankfully they managed to get the blockage sorted .
They were efficient , courteous ( and insisted on taking off their outdoor shoes every time they came from outside to in)
I would definitely highly recommend this team .

"Very happy with this company. Despite living in a rather rural part of Dumfries and Galloway, the engineers were at my address within 2 hours of me phoning the company to report my drain problem. They called beforehand to give me an estimated time of arrival.

I was very pleased with the professional and efficient manner in which the engineers dealt with the issue. There was a block in the drain leading from the house to the septic tank. Quite difficult for them to access but they persevered and dealt with the problem brilliantly.

Very happy with the price and quality of work.

"The men arrived at dusk in a cold wind with rain turning to snow. Found the site of the blockage and cleared it. Clearing up the resultant mess before they left for another job. All on a Friday evening after other jobs caused by extensive floods.
