Rewired old fuse into circuit board. Changed boiler connection to fuse connection.

"Shaun turned up exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem with the fuse immediately and informed me of what he needed to do. He then told me his rate and how long the fuse transfer would take. I then showed him a separate problem I had with my boiler connection, he told me what needed to be done and that he would fix that also.
All in all a great bloke and a fine electrician. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Shaun to anyone.

"Within 10 minutes of explaining my problem over the telephone, Shaun was at my house, promptly and friendly on a saturday afternoon. Whilst my original problem wasn't his area, he explained why and was able to fix a light socket that was also broken. "Shaun was very polite and put me at ease when first visiting, something important to me as I get anxious. We went through showers I could have and Shaun advised. The work was carried out quickly and without any problems and I am very pleased with the new shower. Shaun left everything tidy and went through how to work the shower. "A returning customer to SM electricals I was just as impressed with every aspect of the work as I had been before. Shaun installed a new consumer unit to replace the spaghetti nest of wiring that previously existed as well as mapping my circuits and testing all fixtures and fittings. I initially called Shaun after an alarming kitchen appliance incident and he was here quickly and arranged the work promptly and cost-effectively and everything was sorted with the same care and attention to detail I have now come to expect. "Shaun did an EICR certificate, added and upgraded some sockets, moved a light switch and installed an extractor fan. I needed the work done at short notice and Shaun was happy to do the work over a weekend. The work was completed to a very high standard and Shaun was happy to discuss options throughout. "Shaun came to see us at short notice to trace and fix a fault which was due to our ancient wiring. Completed ring main installation and rewired additional area of house to replace old cables. From initial contact via telephone right through to completion and beyond we found Shaun of S M Electricals to be professional, reliable and friendly.
