We had all new electric to the extension in our kitchen for the hob and oven, we also had a plug socket put in so we can move the fridge. Rachel also did electric to out garage and put in a fuse board.

"Rachel was very helpful from the start, she came to the house the same day we rang her to talk to us about what we would like todo. She listened to our requests and came up with a plan that worked for us both. Rachel turned up on the day we had arranged and she was here dead on time, she came well prepared and ready to work. Her work is neat and tidy, even when she came across problem that we couldn't of foreseen she didnt moan or reschedule she just got on with the job in hand. Rachel tidied as she went and didnt leave without making sure we was fully satisfied. She answered many of our questions along the way so we knew what she was doing and why. We are extremely happy with the work she has carried out for us and will definitely be in touch again soon. A* for how neat and tidy all her work has been."

"What a find Rachel of She Sparks is.

It was a small job but nevertheless Rachel came round to look at the site and mull over what she thought would work out best. When she had done that she talked it over with me and asked for any thoughts or ideas I had.

Work was carried out on the day booked in the diary and to an extremely high standard. Rachel also carried out a further task while in the house checking the electric shower set up as she was concerned about that when checking the fuse box.

She Sparks is an excellent name for the company and one that I will recommend to anyone who is after an electrician.

Phone call assistance in time of need.

"We lost all power in the house on a Sunday morning at 6.30am. I left a message for Rachel and she called very soon later. We discussed the nature of our problem and Rachel explained how to regain power safely and to isolate the problem equiment (the boiler). We were very soon up and running again. Rachel's help was invaluable and I would be very happy to use her services again and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to my friends."

"Rachel at She Sparks Ltd is great. From the point of initial contact to arrange a quote, to the completion of the work, I was kept informed throughout and nothing seemed to phase her.

There was no mess left, I do actually think one of the areas that a socket was installed ended up being cleaner once Rachel had swept up the plasterboard etc than when she started.

I am currently refurbishing a "post war" house, in order to refit the kitchen and bathroom, it was necessary to upgrade the wiring and add new circuits for cooking and showering. This involved fitting a new consumer unit, running g cables from an outside service cupboard up through to the loft and across to the upstairs bathroom, putting an upgraded circuit to the cooking area in the downstairs kitchen and chasing out the walls to accommodate additional sockets.

"Rachel Frost (aka She Sparks) was pleasure to deal with, I was filled with confidence from her very first visit. She came twice before I was ready to commence the work, as she needed access to certain areas of the house, due to the extent of the work.
Through the project she was informative, very well versed in the technicalities and respected the "Regulations" to the last word. Her work was tidy and her wiring was neatly done. She was always cheerful, obliging and a pleasure to have around. She got on well with another tradesperson (plumber) who she had, at times, to work around.

I would certainly employ her again as I feel privileged to have received her services, and would not hesitate to recommend her to any of my friends.

"Rachel, was friendly and informative, she clearly knows her trade. She talked me through each step of the job. The wires had not been marked properly prior to Rachel's arrival, but she tested everything meticulously and checked and re checked to ensure that the wiring was safe. The light looks amazing. Would definitely recommend Rachel to anyone looking for an electrician. We have arranged another appointment to fit new spot lights. "Rachel thoroughly explained what we could expect and highlighted any particular areas of concern eg there was potential for damage to plasterwork due to having to chop in the new sockets. However, Rachel did such an excellent job that there was no plaster damage at all and all the work was completed with minimal disruption and to a very high standard. She carefully explained what she was doing at every step of the way and went through all the paperwork at the end to ensure that we were entirely happy.

"SheSparks came to visit and discussed what was needed. A plan was prepared which was carried out. There was minimal disruption over the day and a half that was needed. Unnecessary work (planned for but ultimately not required) was not done and not charged for. Everything was tidied immaculately at the end and the final result looked very professional. "She Sparks" moved a power point and replaced a faulty under-the-stairs light.

"This work was done quickly, efficiently and to the highest standard
of care and attention. Every step was carefully monitored and checked. The final result was very good indeed.

There was an initial visit to determine the jobs to be done and date of work. Rachel arrived on time, did the work, explained as she went along
and completed with little fuss or bother. She also pointed out that some of the previous installation had been poorly done and dangerous.

This is not the first time work has been done for me by "She Sparks"
and I have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

"Rachel (She Sparks) is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
She sorted out a knotty problem for me with the inset ceiling lights in my bedroom and noticed problems with too little cabling and too much insulation causing overheating and she put this right.

Her charges are reasonable and I find her a very straightforward and easy person to deal with.

While she was here she also sorted out my old fuse box and now I have asked her to replace it with a modern Unit. I have every confidence this will be done carefully and expertly."
