PA Jones Property Solutions are a totally 'Independent' Estate Agency based in Caterham, Surrey. We cover a large area including Coulsdon, Whyteleafe,Kenley, Godstone and Bletchingley.

"Never used before.

First meeting at the property, the estate agent did not introduce herself, or shake hands etc. Was very rushed into the property. We was not running late.

First impressions were not good.

Offer was accepted and an estate agent accidentally phoned my dad and informed him offer had been accepted. Thinking his number was mine.

Also was dealt with by 3 or 4 different people throughout the whole process, was never explained why. Just kept receiving emails from different people."

We were all really disappointed to hear that you were not entirely happy with our services.

On the viewing day, with an Open House covering 30+ viewings, it does get very hectic and we were not able, sadly, to give anyone the time that we would usually like to give so we can only apologise for this

We fully understand that this was a difficult and challenging sale and you should have received emails predominantly from Jo, whose job it is to keep you updated. However, my staff and I always try to help so can only apologise again if you felt that this did not suit you and hope that you would not think too negatively of us.

All members of staff were very helpful and patient with our various enquiries and they all provided assurance and advice when we needed it. All viewings were conducted efficiently and were always carried out on time.

"We choice Peter Jones because of the friendly, local impression they gave when we met. This was exactly the service we received. They are traditional, honest, old fashioned and very helpful. The post sale support was outstanding.
