"We were given a price range and John Payne advised to lower and we choose the higher end to start with. In the event, J P held an open day and the house sold for £95k more than advertised. "John Payne acted to the highest standard throughout, everything explain in detail and every member of staff were only too willing to help. If there were any questions that we need from the buyers of our property they were quick to find out and provide the answer. They were at all times polite, kind and efficient. John Payne have a very good knowledge of the local market in which they operate and priced and marketed the property to our best advantage.
