"Adison went above and beyond his remit. I was sure my Kia Warranty was no use but he was sure it was. He conferred with Arnold Clark and I had not gotten a service due to ill health. He explained to them and they repaired my car under warranty.
As a woman who knows nothing about mechanics, it's reassuring that your company employ people like Adison.

"Main dealer garage had car for a week unable to trace fault. Charged £320 and wanted to charge a further £1500 without guarantee of clearing the fault!
Car taken to Piries, where fault found strength away. changed pipe, pipe replaced fault cleared cost £244.

"Item 1 Above followed upon good diagnostic work on an intermittent but persisting fault. Pirie's were very helpful and communicated well.
Item 2 Above followed upon my request to investigate what seemed to be a defective handbrake cable or linkage. The emergent work was fully explained to me and Pirie's invoice came in below the quote by a few pounds.
