Conservatory installation Conservatory Roof Supply and Installation

Cost: £4130

"I requested a quote from White Windows to erect Conservatory panels for me, later I informed them I needed a replacement roof. I never received a proper quote as requested, just a total figure plus vat in an email.
I asked the guys not to put anything on my decking and laid a mattress and thick curtains across it - An hour later I saw they had stood several heavy glass panels on an uncovered area as well as a tube of sealant - when they had left I found sealant stains on my decking and decking posts.
Halfway through the job Matt (Director) appeared in my Conservatory and advised me that the quote did not cover for flooring. I was surprised that 3 months after our initial discussions he was only mentioning the flooring, which I assumed was included, as he stated he wanted to get someone to lay bricks and screed the floor. Eventually Matt agreed for them to lay a membrane and floor boards, but no screed has been put underneath. Matt stated that you cannot stop damp from rising in Conservatories, which I am now worried about.
Whilst Matt was in my Conservatory the guys were mucking about outside and throwing rags at each other - they had left a sealant tube and rags laying across flowers on my rockery - Matt denied this happening, even though he saw it.
The guttering pipes were laid 2 feet across my pathway, which was dangerous. When I mentioned this to Matt, he accused me of nitpicking.
I had originally asked for the door to be opening outwards and that the Conservatory should be offset to one side. When Matt brought the builder around Matt strongly advised that the Conservatory should be flush and the door open inwards - I queried this. Since the Conservatory has been installed there has been large amounts of rainwater through the door, which they are not rectifying, as it was their error in putting the door on the wrong way around. John (Director) came around and intimidated me by shouting and demanding money when they have not completed the job to my satisfaction.
Johns attitude was extremely poor with sneering comments like "What the customer is always right". I asked him not to raise his voice at me and eventually asked him to leave my property, but he refused to go. As I felt intimidated and frightened I went into the Conservatory and locked the door, but he continued shouting at me through the windows, so I went in the kitchen and locked that door also.
I emailed White Windows and informed them that if there was a repeat of this morning I would be calling the Police.
I had already paid a deposit of 400.00 for the roofing material. As John had been demanding 50% of the remaining invoice, I agreed to pay more than 50% at 2,000 on top of the 400.00.
But Maureen in the office kept asking me as a "goodwill gesture" to pay the 3,000 before they would rectify the issues with rain water in the Conservatory.
I tried to meet them halfway and asked if they could try a weather bar, as that would be cheaper for them than to change the door the correct way around which would incur moving drainpipes. Still Maureen kept asking for 3000.00 before they would attach a weather bar.
Eventually I gave them a deadline to install the weather bar. They came around and installed a tiny strip, which was nothing like the weather bar on my kitchen door. This has done nothing to help at all.
I emailed White Windows three days ago to advise them that rainwater is still coming in through the bottom of the wrongly installed door and they have totally ignored me.
They have not responded to my formal complaint sent two weeks ago and they ignored two requests for a link to put on this review. I had to request this link from Trustmark themselves. Matt said I should have covered decking, when I did cover it.
Matt has also stated that "No-one else wanted to take on this job" which he knows is not true and this is evidenced in emails to him.
I would like White Windows to rectify the issues they have caused."
