Property Management Services Cleaning, preparation and general property management and maintenance of two holiday let cottages. Cottage cleaning and all laundry management. Provision of welcome packs as directed. Building, decor and systems maintenance (plumbing and heating) inside & out. Monitoring and reporting damaged or missing items and dilapidations to property and furnishings Procurement and replacement of equipment and furnishings as required. Waste management - removal of domestic rubbish to local municipal collection point. Clearing drains/gutters as required. Grass cutting & garden maintenance in the immediate surroundings of the cottages. Meet and greet if required. Emergency call out service 24/7. Log & stack Firewood. Interim checks of safety appliances and report health and safety issues arising- interim monitoring of smoke detectors/alarms and associated equipment and appliances as required. Liaison with the Letting agent re booking and changeover dates.

"Initially I found Whytes property management on line via web site - an impressive and professional site. Following our initial introductory conversations we quickly reached an understanding of their service provision and the level of their capabilities.
A Young and enthusiastic team and very willing to get involved and they make sure that the tasks in hand were completed to the standard required.
The holiday let properties that WPM were engaged to manage on our behalf required significant remedial maintenance to bring them back to the required standard - WPM proved motivated, adaptable, reliable, capable and knowledgeable in the circumstances and even with some of the more challenging aspects of the repairs and upgrades and on the going maintenance they take each task in their stride and follow through to completion with no complaint or hesitation.
One particular impressive aspect of their service is their attitude under pressure - they react promptly when called out and particularly during out of hours or weekends - no matter what the job. Even if the specific task can't be fully completed usually a satisfactory temporary measure can be found until a full repair can be actioned.
Always polite, friendly and honest and we have forged a strong straightforward and honest management:business relationship - in short- they get the job done and I like doing business with them and look forward to continue working with them in the future."

We live abroad and have just bought a property in Dumfries and Galloway. We were unable to be in Scotland on the completion date. Whyte’s Property Management dealt with all of the formalities required on the entry date i.e. collection of keys from solicitor, property check, final meter readings, alarm setting and secure key holding.

David and Karen have been a pleasure to deal with and have given us great peace of mind. They are both very proactive and keep us informed regularly. We trust them to deal with any situation. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the future when we can perhaps also use some of their other services at the property.
