We accept feedback from all genuine customers. Please go to the listing for your agent, click on Your Feedback and enter your details. We will send an email to the firm, asking them to approve your request to leave a review. We will then send you a link to their feedback page. If the business does not reply to your request, then please contact us.
Redress: Handling Complaints
Estate and Letting Agents must register with an approved redress scheme, so that consumers have access to a free, independent review of any complaint. There are currently two schemes approved by NTSELAT: The Property Ombudsman and The Property Redress Scheme.
