It is normal for consumers to ask at least 3 businesses for an estimate or a quote. We don't generally encourage feedback about these rejected businesses, since there would be at least twice as many reviews about "why this business was not right for me".

We will forward your feedback to the relevant body for independent dispute resolution (ADR) and or Trading Standards where appropriate. If your complaint is found to be valid, then we will publish your review together with a summary of the finding of the ADR process, where available.
