Our Ingersol Rand ML11 screw compressor was playing up, with a few faults. Andrew the service engineer came over and fixed the faults and highlighted a few other issues that will need fixing.

"Andrew showed a very high level of competence which raised our confidence in his experience and knowledge, his approach to work was both structured in an organised manner and conducted safely, he was very communicative and showed us the issue/s and also those tasks that need to be done in the future to keep our compressor in a serviceable condition for longer.

At no time were we at all concerned about Andrews and Maziaks ability, he was and is a credit to Maziak who are a great team player for my company."

Commissioning of new drier

"Extensive knowledge of equipment and regulations allowed us to be able to purchase the correct product to suit both the requirements of life time serviceability and cost effectiveness. Efficiently and professionally commissioned at a time that least impacted our production and processes.

Service repair and rental of compressors to site

"The service as of late has been somewhat lacking. Although the engineers in general and John drew in particular are very good. We have been waiting several weeks for an upgrade proposal. A mix up over communications cost us over 2 thousand pounds we were not expecting regarding an air end repair, and to add insult to injury said air end leaked when it was reinstalled, it has been removed and we have been short a compressor for over a week without any communication. this leaves us vunerable and unable to do our weekly compressor checks as we are unable to shut any down through lack of reserve."

Visit to customer site to check fault on machine and carry out six monthly service. However, on arrival, engineer only carried out inspection and did not have the correct materials with him to carry out the service. Our customer was not happy about a second visit, but engineer did return to carry out service satisfactorily. Issues raised with Maziak by ourselves and satisfactorily resolved.

"As stated above, Maziak, on this occasion, failed in their prompt delivery of service. However, after communicating with ourselves, the issues were resolved promptly and efficiently. Normal service resumed!"

Fault on one compressor, so wasn''t able to use.

"Excellent service. Called up at 8.30am to report problem, explaining that we were unable to use 3 surgeries due to the compressor being down. An engineer was dispatched straight away. The Surgery was up and running by 10am. Excellent service."

"ALL the engineers we have had come to site are well trained and experienced and very amicable to the job tasks.the only problems we have experienced was with the admin side of the business and the new paper work system they have had adopted ,but that has all been resolved now.
