The property was 2 flats within a small house. It had been rented out and I had received good returns from rent. I had also had some disasters. The last person in one of the flats had lived there for 9 years, a regular payer, but the mess he left. It needed a new bathroom, kitchen and decorating due to smoking. Plus the outside of the builing neede repairs. The current value was half of what I paid for it. In the end I decided to cut my losses and I sold for half the current value. I was paying £4k per year for the pleasure of council tax and insurance.

"Whether you need a quick sale and need to obtain the money or have just decided to cut your losses this company can be recommended by me.

Naturally they have an eye for business and wish to obtain a bargain for themselves. But, hey it works both ways.

Once a valuation had been decided upon it was quick and plain sailing.

The use of their recommended solicitor meant that we were all aware as to what was going on.

The communication between the three parties was smooth flowing and efficient. Completion date was fast only marred by mild problems on my side.

Done mess around wondering what to do, just do it."

"I had been badly let down by another company which made me very reluctant to deal with a so called similar operation.

I could not have been more wrong: Laura was amazing and very quickly explained that their company was financially independent and did not involve third party funding in the process.

Very professional, everything in the proposition was fully explained and followed up in writing and email. This included recommending a solicitor for me who turned out to be very good with great communication.

The date agreed for completion has been made without any problems and everything has been fully settled.

In summary: Exceptionally Professional business and people.

Don't hesitate you will not be disappointed."

"Our house survey came back with some issues and our local estate agent was reluctant to take on.
We approached Zing Property and were delighted with their help and knowledge, after a home visit to discuss the issues and terms we had a viewer within a week of putting the house on the market and sold the following week

"Laura was a pleasure to deal with from the start and very professional and knowledgeable. There was a lengthy delay in completing, caused by issues at our end but Laura kept in touch with regular phone calls to reassure that they were still happy to continue and enquire if there was anything she could do from their end to assist. "I was having to move due to health reasons and was looking for a quick sale. I was very impressed with what the company offered and I was so happy they took ownership of the sale and the legal costs. This really took the pressure off me. I was so glad to have went with them as the property was sold within a week. The aftercare provided was also exceptional. Both Laura and Jake were a pleasure to deal with. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

"Had an excellent experience in selling a house we had inherited. Laura was amazing, agreed the price there and then at first meeting. Everything went like clockwork and within the agreed timescales. Laura and her son Jake were extremely friendly and professional and I will have no hesitation in recommending their company to anybody either friends, family or within my place of work. A five star service from a family run business that are sympathetic to people's circumstances - a rarity nowadays. Also want to say, unlike other companies out there, there was no attempt to try and reduce the agreed price - what they agree to pay, they pay."

"My experience with this company was the best experience ever in my life because they would always keep me updated about phone calls emails and also they were like family to me. "I finally plucked up the courage to call Invest in Scottish Properties and was immediately put at ease with Laura’s friendly, helpful and very professional approach. She talked through the property’s value with expertise and knowledge of the local housing market. This was the first time selling my property.
Laura spoke a little about the family run business and having been through a few stressful months I wanted to sell up fast, Laura and her team understood and I agreed an offer which I think was a fair price, which included Solicitors fees and was settled within a few weeks. I have had nothing but heartbreak for the best part of 2 years trying to sell my house.
