I found the staff to be trustworthy and honest. They were approachable, friendly and yet, very professional. "From the first call Laura made me feel comfortable about the whole process and I knew from that call I was making the correct decision. Laura kept in contact on a weekly basis and was incredibly supportive, it felt like speaking to a friend, and took time to listen. They arrived at the time stated to view the flat and seen by the mess it had turned into after letting a relative live there, which I was worried about as I hadn’t been in the flat for about a year. Laura let me decide the timeline for the sale. The offer I got at the start was the amount I got in the sale. This company took away the need of estate agents, viewing and all the stress that goes with that. I used the lawyer Laura recommended and that was stress free and simple and Laura pays a large fee towards costs, so at the same time the lawyer helped me deal with loose ends with the ex-husband regarding the flat. The whole process was seamless and very professional.i had read reviews before calling them as there are so many companies that can be used and the horror stories of getting a smaller offer before the sale closes, but not once did I read anything bad and I am delighted I made the call. I cannot recommend Laura and her team enough, they took one of the most stressful times in someone’s life and made it simple."

"Laura was brilliant and acted in a professional manner and kept me informed at every stage. This was an extremely stressfull and upsetting time as I was having to empty and sell my younger sisters property as she moved into a Care Home. Laura made this process much less stressful. "From start to finish the personal service and one to one handling we received from Laura was nothing short of exceptional. Laura was very easy to deal with either over the phone or email and when we met her face to face she made us feel very comfortable and confident we were dealing with a honest real person. I have bought and sold a few houses before and would definitely use Laura’s services again without hesitation.

The offer we received was very generous and the flexibility on time scales for me and my family moving was amazing and really helped relieve the stress and pressure the comes with selling a house. When it came to the transfer of money it was very transparent and timely again doing everything Laura had said exactly how she said it would all go.

We would highly recommend this service to everyone and we as a family would like to thank Laura and her associates for taking care of us as if we were family.

"Invest in Scottish Properties has helped me to sell my property.

After relationship breakdown, tumultuous times and personal hardships, selling a property was the last thing I wanted to go through. The thought of having strangers coming to view my house at all times, having to talk my kids through everything and negotiating between parties, this all felt completely overwhelming for me.

Laura and Jake provided me with real support when I needed it the most.

Laura kept in touch throughout the whole process, making me feel reassured and keeping me informed. Jake was really professional, providing me with paperwork and arranging the survey of the property. I didn't feel under any pressure and they worked to a timeline that suited me. I felt like they prioritised me and were very understanding of my situation.

I felt that the service was very personal to me and was exactly what I needed at that time. This process has allowed me to have a fresh start for me and my children, and I reached this point in a much easier, less stressful and less invasive way.

"I was genuinely surprised and impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and high standards whilst maintaining an approachable friendliness which is all too often missing in any sales transaction today. Laura and her son Jake were terrific. They helped me through the process and it was speedy and I’m so grateful for their time and effort. I felt they offered a fair price,especially as the house needed work. I was assisted at every twist and turn of the process, to be honest, I did not have much to do. I put it in the very capable hands of Laura and she kept me informed and up to date all the way through. Jake, her son, a very personable young man, came to view the property and put me at ease immediately. I don’t have much time and as such couldn’t do much but that was not a problem for this family firm. In the future, when I have another property to sell, I would not hesitate, I would head straight for the dynamic duo.

Some firms go the whole 9 yards, some the extra mile, here they were light years ahead of any other property buyers out there.

The property was 2 flats within a small house. It had been rented out and I had received good returns from rent. I had also had some disasters. The last person in one of the flats had lived there for 9 years, a regular payer, but the mess he left. It needed a new bathroom, kitchen and decorating due to smoking. Plus the outside of the builing neede repairs. The current value was half of what I paid for it. In the end I decided to cut my losses and I sold for half the current value. I was paying £4k per year for the pleasure of council tax and insurance.

"Whether you need a quick sale and need to obtain the money or have just decided to cut your losses this company can be recommended by me.

Naturally they have an eye for business and wish to obtain a bargain for themselves. But, hey it works both ways.

Once a valuation had been decided upon it was quick and plain sailing.

The use of their recommended solicitor meant that we were all aware as to what was going on.

The communication between the three parties was smooth flowing and efficient. Completion date was fast only marred by mild problems on my side.

Done mess around wondering what to do, just do it."

"I had been badly let down by another company which made me very reluctant to deal with a so called similar operation.

I could not have been more wrong: Laura was amazing and very quickly explained that their company was financially independent and did not involve third party funding in the process.

Very professional, everything in the proposition was fully explained and followed up in writing and email. This included recommending a solicitor for me who turned out to be very good with great communication.

The date agreed for completion has been made without any problems and everything has been fully settled.

In summary: Exceptionally Professional business and people.
