We moved from a property in Essex to one in Kent. The move was very easy and we were fortunate to have 8 members of staff unloading the lorry so it was done in record time.

"Andrew in the booking office was very calm, when I called to say that we were near to exchange, he advised me to sit down and take a breath and that he wouldn't complete the booking until we had confirmation that the exchange had happened which I found to be sage advise.

Our non essential items were loaded onto the lorry the day before the move,which was helpful as I was able to clean the empty rooms.

The removal van turned up on the day of the move earlier than advised, they cleared the rest of the house very quickly and got on their way.

We completed by 12ish,the van was at our new property, it was unloaded and they were on their way by 3.30pm.

It was a stressful day but it was made a lot easier by the efficiency of South park removals for which we are grateful.

Move from Wanstead to Thaxted (furniture placed in storage for 2 weeks). We used the packing service which was excellent and well worth the fee.

"South Park have moved members of my family a number of times; while not the cheapest' they have always been efficient and helpful and worth the fees they charge.

All aspects of the move from the initial contact through booking a date (which needed to be revised (by us) a number of times to the final delivery of our goods was well managed and efficient.
Staff were friendly and professional dealing with any challenges (such having to stop work and move the van to allow other residents access) with good humour.

The booking process was simple and showed some flexibility when dates needed changing, the packing service was efficient and well managed with the actual move (first into storage) well coordinated and smoothly done."

"Having lived in our property for over 30 years we were anxious about the amount of stuff we had to move. We considered various online options but preferred the confidence of dealing with someone directly, and South Park Removal's price was very much in line with online alternatives.

The team arrived on time and discussed with me how I wanted the vans to be loaded and then proceeded in a professional and respectful way insuring all delicate items were given additional packaging support.

We were moving a considerable distance. We asked for a full packing service. We also had a lot of garden pots and they were taken into consideration for plans for our move. We were offered to have half of our items delivered on the day and the second load delivered a couple of days later to ease the pressure. Good clear communication at all times.

"Our move went very smoothly thanks to South Park removals. They were so professional, efficient, and very friendly. We have used the company in the past and even my parents and a friend have used them before many years ago and they still offer such a reliable service.

The one change we were offered and would highly recommend, was that they delivered half of our load on the day then they brought the rest a couple of days later. This enabled us to unpack and settle in with what we needed first and allowed us space to be able to get organised before the rest of our load came.

Such a brilliant and helpful idea. We can’t recommend them enough."

Very sadly our parents died recently and we had to sell and move all the much loved furniture from the house where we had grown up. South Park undertook several jobs, including removing many items of antique furniture, storing some and delivering some to addresses in London. They also then at a later date delivered an antique sofa and armchairs to an upholsterer, a sideboard to an auctioneer and the remainder of the delicate antique mirrors to us in London.

"South Park followed my instructions to the letter, showed great initiative, skill and efficiency, as well as being very sensitive to me at a very emotional time. They dealt with last minute changes to timing without batting an eyelid.

I am so grateful to them for going above and beyond and taking the pressure off me at a difficult time."

Wow…what can I say Mark came to my mums house to give a quote, I couldn’t be there, we spoke on the phone and went through everything that needed to be moved, nothing was too much trouble. Packing boxes, tape, bubble wrap and paper was all dropped off when I requested.

The move was from a relatively large property, completely into storage, aside from taking some small amount to another smaller property. Then a subsequent removal from storage of all remaining items to our new home.

"This is the second time we have used Southpark, for some really important reasons: Trust, capability, service, confidence and customer care.

From start to finish, which this time was virtually a year, they delivered on every element. Nothing was stressful, nor too much trouble.

A great team of workers who did all they could to help and assist.
Highly recommend their packing service - nothing damaged at all.
Storage was also excellent and everything came out a year later, exactly as it went in.

Moving is stressful but Southpark did everything to keep that to a minimum.

Can only applaud the team and their service and highly recommend anyone moving to use this company as they know their business and deliver on service.

You will not be disappointed if you use Southpark."
