We moved from a 4 bedroom semi-detached house in town to a 3 bedroom house in the countryside which was 50 minutes away. We had quite a lot garage and outdoor items to move as well as a motorbike too.

"We were in the middle of a very challenging chain and Andrew, who provided our quote, was very flexible, patient and accommodating with our moving date that was constantly changing due to circumstances beyond our control. Our move was planned to take place across two consecutive days, with most of our items packed up on day 1 and the remaining on the following day of completion. The team of guys were extremely efficient, friendly and professional and worked tirelessly to load the truck with care. On the following day they returned to pack up the remainder of our house and headed to our new property which was 50 minutes away while we waited for the keys to be released. Unfortunately there was a delay with our buyer’s funds being released which meant that at 5pm our solicitors advised us that completion couldn’t happen that day and we were unable to move into our new property. As you can imagine this was extremely stressful and upsetting and the whole team of guys were so kind and understanding and arranged to take our belongings into storage while the situation was sorted out. The following day, Mark invited us to retrieve some of our clothing and belongings from the truck before our items were placed into the storage containers. They were so supportive and when completion finally took place at 3pm that day, they drove the van with our beds and some other items to our new house so that we could settle in for the night. They worked around their already busy schedule to ensure that the rest of our belongings were delivered across the next 2 days. I cannot recommend them enough as they were so professional and organised, but most importantly so kind and understanding to our incredibly stressful situation."
