Very sadly our parents died recently and we had to sell and move all the much loved furniture from the house where we had grown up. South Park undertook several jobs, including removing many items of antique furniture, storing some and delivering some to addresses in London. They also then at a later date delivered an antique sofa and armchairs to an upholsterer, a sideboard to an auctioneer and the remainder of the delicate antique mirrors to us in London.

"South Park followed my instructions to the letter, showed great initiative, skill and efficiency, as well as being very sensitive to me at a very emotional time. They dealt with last minute changes to timing without batting an eyelid.

I am so grateful to them for going above and beyond and taking the pressure off me at a difficult time."

Wow…what can I say Mark came to my mums house to give a quote, I couldn’t be there, we spoke on the phone and went through everything that needed to be moved, nothing was too much trouble. Packing boxes, tape, bubble wrap and paper was all dropped off when I requested.

The move was from a relatively large property, completely into storage, aside from taking some small amount to another smaller property. Then a subsequent removal from storage of all remaining items to our new home.

"This is the second time we have used Southpark, for some really important reasons: Trust, capability, service, confidence and customer care.

From start to finish, which this time was virtually a year, they delivered on every element. Nothing was stressful, nor too much trouble.

A great team of workers who did all they could to help and assist.
Highly recommend their packing service - nothing damaged at all.
Storage was also excellent and everything came out a year later, exactly as it went in.

Moving is stressful but Southpark did everything to keep that to a minimum.

Can only applaud the team and their service and highly recommend anyone moving to use this company as they know their business and deliver on service.

You will not be disappointed if you use Southpark."

Moving from Rainham 3 bedroom house to a two bedroom bungalow

"We had a team of 3 turn up from South Park Removals, they were on time and were such a great team, they were so polite and could not do enough, even if we got in their way they apologised for getting in our way, they insisted on carrying everything including small bags. They had to stop and move their vehicle to let the bin men through but did it all smoothly without any fuss. At the other end they had to negotiate a very narrow private road, hats off to the driver who mangaged this with no problems. All our furniture was unloaded into each room as required and at the end they did a walk through to ensure everything was in place and nothing needed amending.

A great team of guys that were a credit to South Park, would definitely recommend that everyone use them.

Thank you for making our moving day stress free.

Packed up a large 4 bed house to a smaller 4 bed house. The move was only a mile away but there was an awkward time gap between leaving one property and at the next due to solicitors.

"An absolutely amazing experience. Andrew and his team were first class throughout the whole move. Andrew was patient and kind with booking me in and his team did a fantastic job on the day making what was a pretty stressful time so much easier. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was in its place and unpacked in record time.

I moved from a large house to a smaller one approximately 4 miles away. Some precious items, particularly glass and china. Contents of the garden shed and outdoor pot plants.

"Easy to contact by phone. All interactions with office staff were very straightforward.
Prompt assessment visit. Assessor polite, friendly, helpful.
As requested, a number of options were quoted.
On the packing and moving days the staff were unfailingly skilled, co-operative, friendly and good humoured. They went above and beyond in their willingness to help. Work was completed in a timely manner. Items were placed appropriately in the new house. Before they left they asked whether the position of large items needed to be adjusted.
Collection of the first tranche of packing materials was speedy (the remainder yet to be unpacked).
While the service is not cheap, it is entirely value-for-money and I could not recommend more highly.

Moving from a flat in central busy city to a flat in a smaller town central 2 hrs away.

"I had to move from a building in a busy central location to another destination 2 hours away also in a busy central location. I am by myself with no other help. From the moment I phoned Southpark they organised the site visit at a time I could achieve ( working full time) - They send me the quotation, delivered the moving boxes and supplies and on the day of the move they had the van organised at the back of the building. The team came in and just handled everything smoothly. Wrapped the mattress’s, protected the tv. I had to take the train to my next destination and they just assured me not to worry if they arrive before me they will wait.
They unloaded so fast and placed everything where I needed it.
It was really one of the best stress free moves I have ever made."

My recent move was very stressful as the previous occupier decided to do his own removals and was not able to vacate the property until late afternoon,despite the fact that completion had taken place at least three hours before.

"I was very happy with the way my move was dealt with from the beginning. The staff were all very helpful and I am particularly grateful to Stuart, John and Charlie for all their help and the way they dealt with a difficult situation, caused by the previous owner not vacating on time and who was quite aggressive to the removers. My property was handled with care and I would therefore thoroughly recommend South Park Removals"
