-- Justin DeLaine's future at Auburn is not getting any clearer as the Tigers enter the offseason.

The junior defensive end was not included on Auburn's roster for the BCS National Championship Game and his name has been removed from the permanent roster on the school's website.

When asked Friday if the backup defensive end will be with the team in the future, coach Gus Malzahn said "we're working through that."

DeLaine appeared in seven games last season and finished with six tackles, including two for losses and one sack. He also had two quarterback hurries, but couldn't crack the two-deep on the depth chart.

The Linden, Ala., native last appeared against Florida Atlantic on Oct. 26.

He appeared in three games in 2012 but did not record any statistics. He played in two games and had two tackles before suffering a season-ending knee injury in 2011.

Malzahn announced Friday the addition of H-back Ricky Parks to the roster as a walk-on. Parks was kicked off the team for violating team rules in August.
