Have had parts replaced following a boiler break down, a new radiator fitted in my bathroom and my boiler serviced the last two years.

"Very happy with JMac. Really helped me out when boiler broke down. I know nothing about boilers and Jamie explained everything clearly about the fault and how it could be repaired. I liked how he explained it - which was not patronising and left me understanding. He explained what the options were and did not try to sell me anything I didn�t need - like a new boiler. Also helped set up Hive which has been brilliant.
He keeps a diary that he sticks to so is very reliable. Before leaving he cleared everything away including using his own dust buster. I trust JMac to take care of my boiler and ensure it is working safely. Ashley was also very helpful - setting up appointments. The company are very responsive, dependable, courteous and professional."

"Jamie�s receptionist, Ashley, was very pleasant and easy to deal with and Jamie came at the agreed time. The pipe work was quite inaccessible but he patiently did the work and left everything spotless. I have always found him competent and not easily put off by difficult jobs. He is reliable and reasonably priced and I wouldn�t hesitate to recommend him"

"He explained the works thoroughly and sent me a detailed quote the next day. Very good service.
It needed to be completed quickly so he got onto it as soon as he could and was quick and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend him. He�s a nice bloke too! I found his number on the internet and he arranged to meet me within a couple of days. I like that he texted me to say he was on his way."

Jamie removed a faulty shower and installed a new one

"Jamie removed the old shower but the new shower was faulty coming out of the box. He came back the next day with a new shower.
Jamie was professional in a frustrating situation and the replacement shower was fitted the next day. He did a really neat job, used appropriate protective equipment and left the bathroom clean and tidy.
He was very pleasant and easy to deal with and I would have no hesitation in asking him to do more work in the future"

Restoring the hot water supply.

"In the early hours of New Year's Day we found only a trickle of cold water coming out the hot taps. A neighbour recommended JMac, I sent a text and had a text conversation with Jamie where I explained the problem, he reassured me that it wasn't dangerous and promised to do the repair next day. He duly arrived, quickly fixed the valve problem, told us how to avoid it in future and checked our thermostat and carbon monoxide detector. We booked him to service the boiler later in the month.

Excellent service, efficient, polite and fast, our first choice now for any plumbing or central heating requirements! And very impressive service on a public holiday!"

Creation of a downstairs toilet and sink from a kitchen coal celler. Blocking up of door in kitchen and creating new doorway in hall. All plumbing, joinery, plastering, building and electrical work.

"Several trades were involved and Jamie coordinated them all with precision. Gas plumber,plumber,joiner, bricky,plasterer and electrician.. All workmen were so very nice, professional, knowledgeable, informed me of each process and actually cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. If a tradesman was unhappy about something they had completed, they went back and perfected it even without prompting.

When needed,each and every tradesman worked on over and above their required hours. Even after all work had been done and checked, Jamie text to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. We will definitely be using them again. Thank you all."

"Jamie was happy to work with my builder and through great communication between the two, the work was carried out and completed.
Jamie walked me right through the process and explained everything. He arrived at the agreed time and worked in some pretty nasty weather to get the work done.

"We had a badly leaking shower and called JMAC who called round next day to have a look. Damage was a lot worse than we thought so we had to go through insurance. Whilst we were waiting on our claim Jamie kept in touch constantly. Once we had the go ahead everything moved really quickly. Jamie and his team were so reliable honest trustworthy and most importantly did an excellent job . We wouldn�t hesitate to recommend JMAC to others. We were also impressed by the safety measures taken by the team to protect our safety in the current climate."

The toilet cistern .. water inlet valve ,was not filling up the tank , was spraying water everywhere ....we got a complete new inlet system fitted And also he repaired our dripping kitchen tap

I said, due to our health,we�re on 12 week shielding.
and I was determined, to make-do , persevere with a mop bucket, to flush the loo..
Today he repaired my cistern, fantastic work! and also he sorted out our dripping kitchen tap. He �wiped clean� everything and used a very high standard of shielding protection!

I highly recommend him ... His work, is first class 👍🏿

Emergency call out to check a report of smell of gas. All connections were thoroughly checked as well as as all aspects of the boiler and meter. Meter uncapped. System restarted. Excellent value for money.

Replacement of leaking pressure valve Fix ''foghorn'' sound in main bathroom toilet

"Excellent communication by email in advance, arrived at agreed time. Efficient and friendly work, all completed nice and neatly. Leaking pressure valve now replaced - JMAC also managed to source a quality replacement part at a much cheaper price online to keep costs down, which was much appreciated."
