A new Velux window was installed in an upstairs bedroom, replacing an old and broken one.

"I reached out to Keith regarding having a new Velux window installed in my bedroom. Keith replied promptly and quoted me a great price for a full installation of a new window. The quote included a full price breakdown, date of installation, and an outline of the payment terms too.

When the day of installation came around Keith arrived on time and completed the installation within the timeframe he specified. Keith's communication was clear and polite throughout the whole process, and he tidied up after the work was completed. The new window looks great and works well, and 4 months on from the installation I've had no problems with it. A full guarantee was provided by Keith for the window installation too.

I would highly recommend Keith and the team to anyone looking to get a Velux window installed/repaired."

Fitting Velux window in the sloped roof. The job entailed creating an interior scaffold for the engineer to access the space.

"I am happy to have employed Mr.Keith Turner to do the task of supplyimg & fitting the velux window in our roof and with the results. The unit supplied was plastic rather than wood, which was the material of the velux it replaced. A problem arose, when later I found I was unable to close the flap at the top of the unit, when cold air was entering. Mr.Turner suggested I order a telescopic pole for opening Velux windows and offered to attend to the problem if it persisted."

"Very quick to respond to my enquiry, excellent communication providing written quotation and timescales for work. Arrived on agreed date work carried out and left room tidy. A slight issue with delivery of the blind meant Keith had to return next morning to fit this which he did, true to his word.

"I have used this firm before and was very happy with the standard of the work and the tidiness and cleanliness. That is why I chose them again. I was a little disappointed that the area around the window installation was not left in quite as good a condition as previous work. This may be the different type of window installed but I will now have to get a decorator in to make good around the window installed which is a little disappointing."

I needed Keith''s services to replace three Velux windows.

"Being over thirty years old,they had 'blown' glazing panels. Although the timber frames were still solid, given their age, replacement glazing was not an option and the adaptation kits were no longer available. So, I had the whole windows replaced. Keith did a fantastic job with the installation, taking care with with the interior furnishings etc. There is zero sign of the installations on the internal window surrounds. I thought I might need a plasterer to take care of them butI don't. Top class job."

"We had considered getting a builder or roofer to replace our Velux roof window but felt it would be wise to have the work done by a specialist.
We are glad we made this decision, Keith supplied and installed the new
Velux roof window to a high standard, he made good a little remedial work without charge and took every care to keep the house clean with dust sheets everywhere! We would recommend Turner Roof Windows without hesitation for this type of work, a good job, carried out on time at a reasonable cost."
