Excellent service. Very helpful, informative and supportive

The entire team at Chudley were outstanding. The move was a difficult one for us and the team helped us at every stage to make sure the move went smoothly and successfully. They were courteous, understanding, friendly, flexible and extremely good at what they do.

Contact with the office staff was very good. A video call was booked and this was very straightforward and a price for the removal costs was emailed promptly. Moving was stressful but the Chudley employees were extremely hard working and efficient and it made the moving experience much better than I had expected. The move was completed over three days because of the distance between the house I was selling and my purchase.

A really professional team who dealt with my concerns and priorities calmly and professionally. They were tireless and made steady progress. I have been very pleased with the packing, which is sensible and well labelled with no breakages. They also took away some of the recycling! They honoured the set price even though a third day was needed due to access delays on the first day. I would absolutely suggest others using such a dependable and well priced service.

From Start to Finish the whole experience was both professional and friendly unlike other companies who were only prepared to do video valuations and calculations this company took the time to come down and spend several hours going through everything to make sure that the quote was correct. Any queries and questions I had before the move what answered friendly and professionally and I did not feel it any time that I was pestering or hassling, the man who did the packing were respectful but friendly and also did an amazing job they virtually took no breaks at all and worked as an incredible speed But took great care with everything at the other end everything was delivered on time and again could not have been more helpful. Very polite, helpful and careful.

We had the removal people on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th August to pack for us. There were 3 men from Chudleys and a freelance driver. They could not have been more pleasant, friendly, helpful, and all with a great sense of humour - something I think is essential when you are so stressed about moving house especially when it is a few hours drive away. Nothing was too much trouble.

Chudley International were great. They were helpful polite and efficient and quick. I never give full marks for reviews as I believe that something can always be done better. I came very near to giving Chudley International full marks. Nothing more to be said.

As we were relocating to uk after 15 years in Cyprus it was a very emotional time for us , and I was dreading removal day , but mentioned previously the professionalism and humour with which the guys went about the task made all the difference, I had very little to do . I felt that our goods were in safe hands .

This could’ve been a very stressful experience, but I was hugely impressed with the service from Chudley. For questions were answered very quickly. The Packers who came very efficient, and nothing was too much trouble. The office staff were extremely efficient and the whole process was stress free. I am most grateful to Mark,Becky and staff in assisting me with my transport of personal possessions to Mauritius. They provided me with ample packing materials and the collection was completed in about 30 minutes. There were a few difficulties that were caused by the Mauritian "red tape" but these were all overcome with good communication between the importers and exporters of my belongings. I would not hesitate in recommending Chudley International to anyone requiring assistance in moving their personal belongings oversea

Three men came on an amicable date and boxed the furniture in a professional way loaded it on their lorry and within a month the furniture was delivered to my grandson in UK and installed inside his house

Hardly any mess was made and they loaded the items in their van with very little fuss or discussion. When they arrived at my father''s new place they protected the cream carpets and moved all items smoothly and easily into my father''s new apartment. They took away the boxes I had managed to unpack and they also picked up the remaining boxes and paper from my house the following day. No complaints whatsoever. I have recommended Chudley Internationals several times to friends who have moved.

Chudley''s have offered an excellent service thus far - we''re mid way through the total removal now. All points of contact - the office / the removal men / the quoter were all professional, courteous and willing to go that extra mile. In fact on the completion day, when Chudleys had already done our move to rental and move to storage on the 2 previous days, we noticed some white goods hadn''t been taken to storage. Our fault entirely as the team always asked if we''d taken everything. This was no trouble to Chudleys - who sent out a van within the hour to collect and deposit in storage.

The team are professional, courteous, and offer a great service from back office to completing the removal by collecting cartons the task was seem less. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to both domestic and business users
