Made a special box for a very large ornate mirror, took my garden pots complete with shrubs/trees and looked after them until actual move date and even shredded confidential paperwork no longer needed. Guys unloaded on a very hot day 32 degrees plus and were fantastic. Even took some items back no longer needed. Never used this company before and had in the past always used Pickfords. Pickfords being too rigid in their approach which made us nervous of large extra costs. As mentioned above Britannia worked as a team, helpful, relaxed and dealt with everything in a very professional way.

Everyone was very helpful and positive. Some of our furniture is particularly heavy and the men were fantastic and highly cooperative. Don''t know how they do it. The three people who stood out as being particularly helpful war the two Micks and Jason. Having said that everyone was very good. I don''t think the men were the same but we have used Delos in the past

We are very happy about the service provided by Squab. Everything went smooth. It took about 2 months to get to Australia from UK as they said. All of our stuff cleared custom without any problems. Only one small mirror was broken. I wish them all the success in the future. Thank you.

I hadn''t used them before, but my father had for a domestic move. Out of the 3 quotes I had, they filled me with the most confidence and this was borne out by the service they provided. I found them very efficient from start to finish - ie always turned up as agreed etc. - also they were very flexible and nothing was too much trouble.

This has been our easiest move yet. The administrative side was professionally handled, without fuss or stress. The removal men turned up exactly when I was told they would and proceeded in exactly the manner that I was told to expect. I didn''t hear one word of complaint from them about anything and they were very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone looking for an international removal firm.

Very happy with the service in the UK. A bit disappointed with the service in Rio - Brazil, because of the unclear charges that we had to pay and also because the charges are only fully known once you have contracted the move, so you do not have the option to cancel the transaction.

The whole process from start to finish was absolutely first class from the first initial appointment to the end. The team where first class keeping us updated all the time. The packing and removal team who came to wrap and pack our furniture where first class, very friendly and worked very hard. One first class company could not fault them.

Brittania in the UK were great. The packing were fantastic, thorough and professional. However your agents in Australia have been shocking! They have been rude, unhelpful and have changed our paperwork without our knowledge which has now affected us getting our belongings. They have changed our visa status on the paperwork claiming I am a non resident. We are now sitting on cardboard boxes waiting for them to call us as their attitude towards us has been so vile, we are now too scared to call them! And spparently the form I filled in in the office with yourselves, was filled in wrong too according to them :-/ I would recommend the UK end of the company but not for international removerals.
