Excellent service. Staff at depot very helpful. Removal/delivery staff turned up when they said they would at a time that suited us plus ''phoned to remind us. Removal/delivery staff were friendly, efficient and did not leave a mess.

We have used this company for many years having moved to a house in need of restoration then to Geneva then finally to France. All this covered a time span of about 9 years. We used the Bedford facility and despite some (not many) staff changes, we always found them to be very helpful to us when we needed it. in particular allowing us to store our large trailer from time to time during our collection visits from France. The storage was clean and relatively dry (we did have some clothes that suffered from mould but it is not clear if this was introduced at time of storage or through our many visits. It was isolated so I do not think it was the storage unit that failed.

I highly recommend Storing.com after using them last week. Their website was clear and informative and on the telephone they were very helpful and efficient. The booking process was very straightforward and they gave helpful, practical advice. Because I was storing for six months, they provided loading of the containers free of charge (the client packs everything up in advance, ready to be moved). Contact and communication were brilliant - email questions were answered swiftly. As the moving day approached, I received phonecalls confirming final details. The day before, I was informed that the containers and team would be with me between 7am and 8am - and they were outside the building on the dot of 7am. The team was professional, hard working, pleasant, very helpful and took good care of the furniture being moved. They took careful inventories of all items going into each container as they were loaded, and came prepared with stacks of transit blankets for protecting furniture etc. The whole system worked very smoothly and everything was loaded up (3 x 35 cu ft) in just over 3 hours. I was very happy with the price, the service and the communication and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

The move itself was a difficult one emotionally and was handled very professionally by the staff. When collecting 7 months later the staff member at the storage unit was excellent and did everything he could and more to be helpful. So overall very happy.
