It is a legal requirement for Estate and Letting Agents to join a Government-approved redress scheme. The two schemes approved by the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team are:

• The Property Ombudsman

Our purpose is to provide a fair and impartial platform for addressing complaints about estate agents, letting agents, and property managers. We make sure that all property agents comply with the legal requirement to offer redress, giving consumers confidence and peace of mind.
