Routine scheduled compressor service.

"Direct Air have been our 'go to' supplier for our compressed air needs now for almost 15 years. They have never given us cause for concern, whether it be scheduled servicing, breakdowns or cost of replacement parts. Our compressor is a vital part of our general plant installation and if it goes down, we grind to halt. This has happened only on a couple of occasions & Direct Air have resolved the issue well within 24 hours. Top team of people."

Always on time and the day they are booked in for.
Area is always tidy when service is completed.
Engineer always explains what as been serviced.
A couple of days after the service Direct Air will send a complete service sheet for are own records.
Very happy with the service with no complaints.

"I am call of contact when a service is due.
Direct Air will let me know when a engineer is available to come on site to service our compressor.
The engineer is always polite and will explain what is to be service and how long he will be on site.
When the engineer as completed is work he will explain if its ok or there is there is something that is wearing and needs changing.
Overall the service given to us is very good."

"We have used Direct Air for approximately 12 years now & purchased 2 systems from them. They have maintained all equipment since and never caused me to consider approaching another supplier. Service costs seem reasonable, timing of service is always as per the manufacturers recommendations. There has been very little down time & even when we had a serious issue, Direct Air have rescued the situation with replacement equipment."
