"There are a small team of engineers that know our plant and help us with issues we have with Compressed Air. They know our site and compressors very well and I have no problem leaving them to do servicing and repairs , the area is always left clean and were possible they always make time to contact me after they have completed the task and report any problems. One of only a handful of contractors we use that can be trusted to get the job done in a sensible time and overcome any problems with a solution."

The engineers are always professional and excellent technicians and the office and support staff are great to deal with.

"Generally speaking, direct air try to send someone out on the first date you call them, if it is an emergency, so I cannot fault them on that level. Engineers are polite, friendly, prepared and efficient. Charges are reasonable. A solid and reputable company."

"Arrived on site to do job in a timely manner, our press is normally operational so the engineer arrived on site 20 minutes before free slot to carry out work, once given the greenlight to proceed engineer was ready to work straight away and completed it very quickly, the engineer tidied up after himself and stayed to ensure no problems when the press was back working."

Breathing air test and filter change.

"Typically service work and test arrangements are managed and achieved without issue. Communication is good.
We've been having breathing air tests for just over two years. The last but one failed on CO and CO2 levels. We then received a quote for 4000 worth of filtration equipment.
My investigations ascertained that the existing compressor, receiver, dryer and filters have no bearing on the CO and CO2 levels. Therefore the high levels (which had never been recorded previously) came from the local atmosphere which we were all breathing daily. We held off any action (except an internal risk assessment), and awaited the November test, which provided a pass without issue.

Therefore the quotation for filtration equipment was a little hasty and insufficient information had been provided as to possible causes. If I hadn't asked questions to establish potential sources of the levels, we could have spent a lot of money unneccesarily."

"I cannot remember how we were first introduced to Direct Air, but we have always held them in high regard. Their prompt attention is what we would expect from any supplier (but is not always the case with others). Admittedly, one reason why we have found their generally good availability when requiring an engineer for a break down is that they have one living on our doorstep.
Servicing is always offered around our work scheduling, so we suffer very little interruption.
